The tenant moved after living there for 6 years. She did a fantastic job, and got bad stains out, was detailed cleaning in corners, dusting, and other things. It was also very nice that she provided me a list of exactly what she intended to clean so I could add or take things out of the list. I've worked with other cleaners before and no one has met my picky cleaning standard except for her.

Lluvia and her team did such an amazing job cleaning! The whole house was dusted, cleaned along with all items organized.
Lluvia did an excellent job of cleaning our home. She arrived ready to start. Once I showed her what we needed, she and her team got right to work. They went above and beyond what I asked for and I couldn't be more thrilled. It wasn't just a simple cleaning. We discovered various additional lovely touches throughout our home after they left. Without looking at their resume, I'm guessing they have worked in the hotel/hospitality industry. The price was beyond reasonable and helped us to feel we are ready for the holidays!
Scheduled a cleaning and had a confirmation number and she never showed up or contacted me on the day of the scheduled cleaning. A few days later she reached out saying she would be here to clean on the already passed day that I scheduled. ??? Didn’t know time machines existed yet.!
No-call-no-show on our first appointment. I can’t speak to cleaning ability, because we didn’t get there. She confirmed the time and date before hand.
Our house had been through a mouse infestation, flood, and 2 months of construction, but Lluvia's team was able to professionally and effectively tackle all the fine details in order to give us a clean and refreshing space to return to.
Cleaning was Ok. Showed up 45 minutes late with no call. Billed extra when they were done. Would like to have heard this upfront.
The service has been awesome every time. She always responds quickly, and they do an amazing job.
The Crew was great! Very hard working and the work was beyond what I asked for. I am partially disabled and they were so efficient. I highly recommend this company and the value is very good too!
Lluvia and her co-worker did an INCREDIBLE job. They FAR surpassed my expectations. Our house has literally never been this clean and it smells fresh HOURS after they left. We meant to do this as a one time thing but we decide it is NECESSARY for our huge family to get it done monthly. This was such a blessing and I cannot wait for our next cleaning ;) Thanks Lluvia - Highly recommend!
