Nuno is one of the best around. He is quick, does quality work, and gives a very fair price. He is very honest in all that he does and we love the way our deck turned out. He is very responsive and whenever we had a question, responded right away. You won’t go wrong hiring Nuno!

Reviews
Nuno is a great person and contractor. His attention to detail is spot on and his knowledge along with his work ethic are terrific. I would recommend him and LND Construction to anyone with a porch, deck, pergola, or patio need. He also does a great job on gates. The quality of his craftsmanship is brilliant along with his communication and responsiveness. We love our deck! Thank you, Nuno.
LND knocked it out of the park for us! From demo to completion the process was great. I work from home and have done remodel contracting myself so I watched Nuno and his crew like hawk but never had to micro manage or request any changes. We love our new deck and hope they will come back soon to do the smaller job in the front of our house in spring. We really enjoyed having them here for the week or so it took for the project. Great guys all around. I couldn’t recommend them more! Some before, during and after pictures
We had the pleasure and privilege of working with Nuno on our deck project this month. He built it up to code and beyond (the city inspector was impressed) and we are very happy with the quality and look of our big new deck. Nuno is very professional and knows his stuff. He worked with us on adjusting what we could do and afford, and the end result is a sturdy deck that will last us for many, many years, and built in record time. I would not hesitate to work with him again, and in fact have already recommended him to several friends who are looking to build a deck!
I could not be happier with the work done by Nuno and his crew. He put me in his schedule but was able to come one week earlier. He knew exactly what to do, reinstalled the posts, put the railing back together and put the siding back on. All in about three or four hours. I Highly recommend him.
Nuno was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He talked us through various options to consider on our deck stairs/gate project (which was especially helpful and appreciated) and delivered an excellent product. We also appreciated how well he communicated unanticipated changes to us before making any major decisions...would definitely recommend him for future projects.
We loved working with Nuno! He was so responsive from the get go! Ours was a very time sensitive project and we wanted someone to come out asap and put up a new railing and he was super prompt and accommodating. His quality of work was super impressive. There was a piece of deck board that was broken and when we took quotes from other contractors, their solutions were below par. Nuno gave the most safest and strongest solution and installed everything really well. We also had him fix our broken stairs and also got more support added to our base of the deck. We’d definitely hire him for any further needs.
We are so pleased with the quality and workmanship. The deck turned out exactly how we wanted. I would recommend Nuno to anyone. We actually gave him additional work.
Nuno was excellent to work with. He showed up in time and when he said he would. He build a beautiful deck that is sturdy and follows building codes. He’s knowledgeable and works quickly. I’d hire him again and recommend him to friends and neighbors.
Excellent work, SO fast, professional, skilled, respectful of our time and our property, 10/10 would hire Nuno again for any similar projects! He built exactly the deck we wanted and shared his expertise on some of our design questions.
