Enrique and his team initially did a fine job on our yard, but greatly disappointed us with some concerning business practices. I apologize that this is a somewhat lengthy review - however we’re hoping to help others avoid running into the same stressors that we did. 7days was doing our yardwork for around a year without problems. Then, out of the blue while we were out of the country on vacation - we were told that they had “dethatched” our yard, and that we would have to alter our watering schedule to accommodate. We were surprised, as we neither requested nor expected this service. Further, as we were not told it was going to happen, we were unable to change our watering schedule while away. As a result, we returned from our vacation to a yard that was now a giant mud pit. We let Enrique know, and he sent someone over to re-seed, however it did not grow. We were hopeful that Enrique would take responsibility for this mistake and take the necessary steps to re-grow the grass in our yard. Unfortunately, 8 months later our previously lush yard was still 80% mud. Out of frustration- we let Enrique know that unless he could remedy the situation, we would have to find another professional to fix the yard. We were thankful when Enrique promptly came over that morning and re-seeded the yard, and it finally began to grow back. However - the next day, Enrique sent us a bill for $400 for “extra services”. We were very surprised as extra charges were never discussed, and our understanding was that the re-seeding was going to be covered, given it was to repair the mistake by 7days that left us with an unusable yard for 8 months. We figured this must be a misunderstanding, and wanted to give Enrique and his team the benefit of the doubt. We called him to explain our confusion. We expressed understanding that mistakes happen, and we would be fine paying a portion of what he asked with a plan to continue services and focus on improved communication in the future. We thought we had resolved the situation, however as soon as we had sent Enrique the money, he messaged us to say that he was terminating our services after completing that month’s service. When his team did come for the final service, they only did about 50% of the usual maintenance. Tl:DR: 7days performed services that were not requested, and that led to a mud-pit yard for 8 months. They then charged us to fix their mistake, before abruptly terminating our work with them. We cannot recommend this company.

The lawn hasn't grown in yet, but I am assuming that it will come in thick without the clover. The rest of the job was completed quickly and well.

Worked amazingly fast and did a great job! Will definitely have them back for more yard maintenance. My only recommendation is to let the customer know when you are going to arrive since it was a bit of a surprise even though I had a general idea. That being said, they fit us in with short notice (during a sunbreak in November) and we are very grateful for that!
Enrique responded quickly to my request and provided a fair estimate. He was able to schedule my project promptly and per my preferences. He arrived right on time despite the bad weather. The project was a fall clean up-leaf removal, weeding, mowing and trimming. He worked hard without taking a break until the work was completed. All tasks were completed to perfection and way beyond my expectations. The property looks amazing. Enrique is pleasant, friendly, respectful and professional-I highly recommend him and have asked him if he would provide me regular lawn maintenance care.

We just needed our yard cleared and debris hauled away - Overall they did this within a couple of days of our request so that was nice and quick, and they did exactly what we were hoping for. I will say that they were late to the free estimate, then the quote was over double what they quoted here, and then they cancelled and rescheduled our appointment for the job to be done right before the time slot. So overall I think I would recommend this company as they do work very hard and did this job very well, just a little bit difficult to plan when we need to take off work and be home for the job when they change the scheduled plan like that.
I reached out on here for a landscapers ho could do landscape clearing and preparation for a home that we were putting on the market to lease out. As a property management company we understand first impressions determine quite a lot. I received 2 landscapers who reached out and ultimately chose 7days Lawn Care Maintenance. We could go on and on about how great Enrique was in communicating with us, showing up for schedule appointments, his value, his personality and grasp of the vision we had for the property and much more. We have found a long term partner in landscaping. A company we can trust and go to when we need our owners homes to get an extra touch of spruce up. Enrique did a great job and did the work exactly as we discussed. Unfortunately his dethatcher broke and he was unable to finish all of the work, but he worked with me to make it right. Will be reaching out to Enrique in the fall for help dethatching, aerating and overseeding.
