Very professional and got everything completed efficiently and exactly as expected. Will definitely hire again
George was excellent! We ended up getting him to do 3 other jobs. He was professional and prompt to reply and come to the appointment. I highly recommend him! Thank you for getting all of our plumbing needs done so quickly and properly.
Very pleased with the quick response and prompt service. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Will definitely use again!
Responded in only 30 minutes to emergency. Quick response, incredibly kind service, good price.
Was prompt and found a solution when the part wasn't available.
Local Hero plumbing responded with a rough quote and explained on site things could change. very professional showing up and the whole time while working. explained all his procedures he did very throughly and slow so I could understand very nice and friendly gentleman no pressure
George did a great job! He installed a sink as well as new plumbing to tie it into the existing plumbing and he used a camera to clean the “clean out” in our kitchen. I will be calling him back to install a gas line for my outdoor kitchen.
Gevorg was the first to call me when I put out a request for a plumbing issue that I knew required professional help. He came to my house right away and set up to diagnose and fix the problem. It was not an easy fix, but he was persistent and he stayed late into the evening to get the job done despite me giving him the option to come back the next day. I really appreciated his immediate help and would recommend him to anyone with a plumbing related emergency. I would also not hesitate to call him again for future plumbing related work.
George was fast, responsive and was a great communicator. Very happy with his work!
They were very thorough and took their time inspecting everything to figure out where the odor was coming from. They explained the possible issue clearly and were very helpful. We’re scheduling a smoke test and the necessary work to fix the problem. I’ll update my review once the work is completed. So far, I’m very happy with the service!
Amazing experience! George was amazing with handling the job with professionalism and punctuality.
George showed up on time, got "down 'n dirty", gave me a fair priced quote, said he could do it immediately, and did it. He went right to work. When he was done, he explained how he had fixed our crawl space water leak in detail, showing me the tools and parts used. (new technology to me). i peaked into his truck and was impressed with how organized and clean it was. (Building contractors notice those details) He's good, call him for your plumbing issues.
George gave us a very reasonable quote, and even started work the same day. He listened to all of our concerns with the installation and addressed them all expertly. He did great work and it looks and works great! Thank you George!
Nothing else I can say other than George is awesome. He was flexible with our schedule because we didn't know when our project would be ready. He's super responsive and professional. Would highly recommend! Thanks George :)
Very responsive and pricing is fair and reasonable, he is not scamming
