Our locks were inspected, changed, and rekeyed promptly. Thankfully after closing we have the peace of mind that our home does not have random keys floating around to people we have not met.
Great work from Mike! Was able to fix a lock many others struggled with fixing.
He was clear in communicating the time and charges amd did the work as planned in timely manner. I would call him every time I need locksmith help.
Made appointmnet on line, for a 2:00 show time with a call proposed an hour before arrival. I texted back and forth prior to the appt time, but the tech did NOT call nor show for the appointment. Not a good way to do business
Fixed broken door lock quickly! Very nice and professional!
Hour and a half late inflated prices. Joke of a place. Didn’t tell me the price towards the end. I asked if he had a lock he said yes then complained about having to go get one. I got the job priced with 2 other locksmiths should of went with them. I will put my own lock in a run a different set of keys. Use anyone else but these guys.
Very professional, quick, and personable. One of the reasons you should always go local. Great service and a great company!
Was responsive and completed the job on time with no issues.
I needed this completed ASAP. Communication was effective and punctual and they got the work completed in no time. Definitely will use their services again.
