No response whatsoever even after I provided my project information and even multiple follow-ups over the course of a week. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of communication from a business. Maybe they’re not into small projects from regular folks like me, but basic work ethic dictates that at least a reply to the question should be provided. How do they keep their business running and attract customers with such poor responsiveness.”
