I can’t say enough good things about working with Jacob at Local Forge. He built the Kingdom Forge website for us using Shopify, and we are extremely happy with how everything turned out. From the beginning, I had a pretty specific vision of what I wanted Kingdom Forge to look and feel like, and I’ll be the first to admit that I changed things and added ideas along the way. Jacob was incredibly patient through all of it. He listened to what I was asking for, made the changes we needed, and really worked with us until everything felt right. What I appreciated most was that I never felt like he was just trying to get the website finished and move on to the next project. He actually cared about getting it right. Communication was great, he was easy to work with, and whenever something needed to be adjusted, he took care of it. The Shopify site came out clean, professional, easy to navigate, and really represents what we’re trying to build with Kingdom Forge. Seeing everything finally come together—the journals, apparel, our story, and the community side of the brand—was pretty awesome. If you’re looking for someone to build your website, especially a Shopify store, I would absolutely recommend Jacob and Local Forge. Starting a business and building a website from the ground up can be overwhelming, and having someone who is patient, responsive, and actually listens makes a huge difference. Jacob, thank you again for everything you did for us and for helping bring the vision for Kingdom Forge to life. We truly appreciate it. — James & Lindsay, Kingdom Forge

We spoke preliminarily. He was a great listener and problem solver as we spoke and brain stormed about my site. I am considering to hire him based on his professionalism and value he gave to our website.
