Extremely responsive, genuine interest in trying to solve the problem, and went the extra mile to adjust other features around the door/lock that needed it. Highly recommend!
They were very responsive, helped me with my questions, and did a great job.
Overall very high quality work. Would highly recommend.
Lock and Unlock has done two jobs for us. One of the jobs was installing a keyless lock. We were overwhelmed with the number of options. Kfir provided information that was a great help in the final choice that we made. He is easy to communicate with, knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. A pleasure to work with. Always on time and calls ahead. Kfir gets 5 + stars from us. We recommend Kfir without hesitation. Sonia

If you want someone who respects your time and professional, you have found the right guy. My metal door which wouldn't open and close without some force for years, butbl finally able to be closed with ease. No more struggling to get the door open.
Kfir was wonderful. Responded quickly, showed up on time, and did the job right. Very happy with this person. Will use against n!
I contacted Kfir on Saturday afternoon I and he responded quickly. We made arrangements for work to be done on Sunday afternoon. He was punctual, and communication was very good. He let me know when he was finished. He sent a video of the work he did, and I was happy with the results. I would hire him again.
