The technician, Phil Campbell, was excellent. He diligently worked every door until finished. Everything was neat and clean upon completion and the price was very reasonable. I would gladly employ Mr. Campbell’s services again!
Absolutely amazing experience! The team was prompt and did quick amazing quality work!
The Lock Rescue LLC service was fantastic! The technician was super kind and friendly and completed the job super quickly even though we had 6 locks that needed to be replaced and he had to make a handful of new keys for us. Great value for the service. I will definitely be recommending him to all our friends and family!
Great experience. Fast and responsive and great work. Would definitely use again.
He reached out to me promptly to ask what the issues were with my door and the lock. He offered to come out that evening and fixed it all for us. Excellent service and a great guy!
Fixed up my front door dead bolt and knob. Good work and good price. Thanks :)
I’m happy with the quality of work. Additional lock and deadbolt added at my request which was done quickly.
Phil was extremely professional, courteous and personable. His craftsmanship was excellent! We are very pleased and will definitely recommend him to family, friends and anyone interested in anything to do with a locksmith’s skills.
Locksmith was very helpful - he confirmed the car remote I bought online could be programmed BEFORE cutting the key, in case it had to be returned. He was efficient, polite, friendly, reasonably priced and very honest. It was my first Thumbtack job, so I was pleased and relieved to see his Lock Rescue logo on his truck. I would absolutely recommend, and will seek him again next time I need a locksmith! My friend is loving having a duplicate key! She is equally satisfied with Phil’s great service. A very positive experience - thank you! )
