Called Artur for enlarging existing hole in door for new lock. Ultimately met my needs but docked star for premium price vs quality of service Positives: - friendly, responded very quickly and offered to come down to Boston on the same day - Punctual and checked that lock worked before leaving Negatives: - didn’t clearly communicate what entire visit would cost, initially just time/labor for an hour but at the end tacked on an additional installation charge for the same hour. Ultimately $120 more than other competing quotes for the same job scope - did not follow manufacturer instructions not to use a power drill in install. Also area was a mess with sawdust and enlarged hole has some jagged edges - minor but would expect more given the premium
