Reviews
Jake was punctual, pleasant, knowledgeable, and got the job done in no time. I would highly recommend him!
Guy Came very fast and got my Volkswagen up and running in 45 minutes maybe even less time! We are so grateful that he came the same day that we called. The price was phenomenal compared to our other comparisons. He was so kind and helpful and even threw in a back-up key. THANK YOU SO MUCH GUY!
Fantastic Experience - Guy (guy named Guy) came quickly and explained everything he was doing. He was very nice and upfront about the costs and offered cheaper alternatives when possible. Guy had all the parts with him (quality parts and even had color options) and quickly and efficiently completed the work with no mess. Very happy customer. Will refer and use again.
Technician was very professional and courteous. He came out in the middle of a cold snap in January and navigated our very icy driveway. His work was finished in less than 15 minutes. I am satisfied with the duplicate key he made for my Ford Edge.
Called me 6 times at full-length at midnight and texted me. Quoted me $80, and got here and said it would cost $150 and $305, total to drill and install just a deadbolt because they don't make locks for my door anymore apparently which i don't necessarily believe. Also was rude when it was time to pay the service fee because I didn't want to hire him for 10x his service fee.
Owner was quick to respond and very professional. Fixed our lock very quickly and efficiently! The only thing I would have liked to know the cost of the service beforehand instead of upon completion but I would still give 5 stars.
We so greatly appreciate the work done in such a timely manner!! Thank you for restoring our sense of safety in our home!
Great work done. My only complaint is there was no breakdown on the receipt of the charges. I have no idea what was included in that total cost.
They were quick to get back to me and quick to get the job done. Very nice and very communicative on what was wrong and what they did.
