Excellent Experience and fast service. The quote received was exactly what i paid. Arrived as scheduled, professional installation. Highly recommend
Tom did an awesome job installing a deadbolt on my front door! And he was amazing to work with! He was on time, professional, charged a reasonable fee, and he even helped rekey all the locks on my new home, free of charge. He also taught me about other security risks for new homes, and ways that people tend to break in, which I felt was super helpful to know. I feel so safe and secure in my new home! Thank you so much Tom!!
Tom, with Lockness Locksmith was fantastic. He sent me a text when he was on the way with his ETA, showed up on time, made sure he understood the project and got to work. He knocked out replacing 2 deadbolts, 1 with a keyless entry and also drilled for a new deadbolt. (3 total) He made all the locks work including the front door and then made me 5 keys. All of this for a very fair price. Was amazing and we will use him again for sure. Wow.
Tom did an incredibly wonderful job installing a whole handle set on my new iron door. He came the same day and installed within an hour. He even rekeyed all my exterior locks that way I would use only one key.
Went above and beyond at no extra charge—making our front door more secure when all we requested was a new lock install.
Excellent re-key job and very fair price. Thank you for your service.
Was able to get appointment next day after posting request at 11 pm ish the night before. Arrived on time. He was able to install lock kit I purchased from Home Depot
Thomas did a great job. Very knowledgeable and quick. Will definitely use again
Tom came an hour earlier than expected and finished the install in no time. We were happy to get quality work for a reasonable price.
