Larry was extremely responsive and communicative throughout the entire process. I appreciate how he worked with me to stay within my budget and gave me a lot of recommendations to consider. The work his team did is incredible, they turned my vision into a reality and I would absolutely hire again!

We’re very happy with our bathroom remodel! Larry first came in and did the measurement which took about 15-20mins. Everything turned out beautifully, and we really appreciated how easy it was to work with Larry, Toby, and Carlos. They did a great job bringing everything together. The finished bathrooms look great, and we’re really happy with the quality of the work. We would definitely recommend them for a bathroom remodel!
He left the 2 exterior door and one window project unfinished, after waiting for him for several days of no call and no shows. He did offer a $100 discount for this, however, he also did not come back and finish his project with me. He left peeling and damaged siding off, doors that I have now had to find an alternative contractor to finish and fix, and also did not use outdoor trim to install the window. Essentially all of the work he did was not with out issue, and all 3 of those projects have had issues and have also costed me more money to finish them and fix the right way. I have reached out to his cell several times and received back responses like “no service area” or just no response at all. Very disappointing, with both of the other contractors I brought in after I was told he did not properly fit the doors, and that is why locks are not able to be engaged, the storm door is close to breaking because that was put back on poorly and not done correctly, and obviously the window will need exterior siding installed. The team was more interested in leaving for happy hour than finishing the work I had been waiting to get done. I would caution anyone else who is considering this team to rethink their decision, especially if you’re on a fixed income and unaware of what to look for.
Larry and his crew did an outstanding job on our kitchen remodel. He repaired a portion of our hardwood flooring by stabilizing the structure and subfloor, refinished all of our floors, expanded a doorway for French doors, moved the refrigerator and ovens to new locations, installed 25 cabinets. We requested four contractors to bid on our project. Larry’s bid was detailed, professional, and very competitive. More importantly, I want to emphasize the high quality of the work done by Larry and his team. The cabinets, floors, lighting, new entryway, artistic tiling of the backsplash look fantastic. When our cabinet designer reviewed Larry's work, she remarked "You got a pro". Friends and neighbors who stop by, comment on how great our new kitchen looks. Larry was great to work with throughout the project. My wife and I appreciated how well Larry listened to both of us. Larry understood how the artistic details of the backsplash and the look of the crown molding mattered. At all points he wanted to make sure we were completely satisfied with the work by his team. Everyone from his team was friendly, courteous, and wonderful to work with. We feel lucky that Larry’s company was available and chose to work with us on our project. We are truly delighted with the outcome.
Larry was amazing, very commutative, professional and fast. He was able make quick work of framing my basement room. Would highly recommend his services and will be working again with him in the future
Working with Larry and his crew was really a great experience. We ran into some issues due to permitting (not his permit) and he stuck with me through the issues, with patience and kindness. Everything was resolved to my satisfaction and I would definitely hire him again. He put together a complicated greenhouse kit for me that is our pride and joy.
Larry and his tight knit team did an outstanding job on my windows, doors, and siding. Fundamentally understood my needs, made professional suggestions, & was quick to make last minute adjustments… no need for endless emails. Forget those door to door window/siding companies if you have a big project, hire a general contractor like Larry!
Very satisfied with the results! Husband and I ran into some issues while remodeling our kitchen and Loco Designs came out to measure and helped us decide which cabinets to buy and installed them perfectly. Would definitely recommend. Super easy to work with!
Larry and his crew provided high quality work on completing two time-sensitive projects for my property. They installed washer/dryer hookups needed for a small closet space. And despite some challenges, they also successfully installed some customized electrical wiring in order to install a ceiling fan. I definitely recommend Loco Designs for those in need of diverse contractor services in the Denver area.
Loco is an A+ contracting company! Working with them was unlike any contractor I have ever dealt with. Communication was top notch, and they did what they said they would do. The work they did for me was great just what we envisioned our bathroom remodel would look like. The price was exactly what they quoted and there were no hidden costs. Highly recomed Loco for your remodel needs.
Larry and his team were great! Always right on time and very attentive to detail bringing my terrible drawings to life. Also did a great job with our electric, plumbing and drywall. Received many quotes and Larry was by far the most reasonable. Absolutely recommend.
Had a great experience getting an estimate from Larry. He was very knowledgeable and considerate. Only down side is he was about double our other estimates. Wanted to to work with him as he knew what he was doing but too much for this job. I’ll keep him in mind for future projects.
Larry was great to work with. He wrapped up our entire project in a week and the work is excellent. I would highly recommend Loco Designs for any commercial or residential project.
