Kyle was very professional, responded to text in a reasonable amount of time. When he arrived he had the equipment and products needed to complete the job.
Not sure about them as they never showed up to give me an estimate on my project. They kept on promising that they would come, but never did. Very inconsiderate.

I was very happy with the service that Kyle provided. He was prompt to respond and showed up on time. I had him grade my backyard after an in ground pool install. Also had him lay grass seed with hay covering. I had seed sprouting within 2 weeks and it seems to really be taking off. I would hire him again.
Although we didn’t end up using Lone Tree (we got a lower quote from another company, but not by much). Kyle was really wonderful to work with throughout the entire quote process. He was responsive, kind, and punctual. His price was definitely fair and competitive and we’ll likely reach out for other projects in the future.

Needed an 18x14 area excavated and filled with limestone for a shed base, I worked with Kyle and he was a pleasure to work with. The end result looks awesome and Kyle really took his time to make sure everything was leveled/sloped correctly. Excellent work all around.
He was punctual and provided good value for the money spent. The only negative was that he could have done more to clean up after himself (driveway), and to fill in some ruts in the lawn left by his machine. He did spread seed and protected seed with straw.
