I called Mario to get help with my dads pool. He was there within an hour! His pump was not working. Feedback i received from my dad "I love that guy" He knows his stuff. Fixed it just like that! Couldn't tell you the last time I heard my dad say he loved somone ha..ha.. I even warned Mario dad gets a lititle grumpy and has no filter. He is going to be his new pool guy from here on out. Knows his stuff and priced wellyou can't go wrong! Thanks Mario!
Made me wait all day Monday for him to let me know what time he was coming . He never came . Doesn’t communicate at all. Very unethical and bad business .
Mario came to my house and took care of business for my pool. After just one visit the pool looks better than it has in quite some time. His rates are better than most and he’s down to earth.
The man has messed up my pool he has not showed up. He only responds to text messages when he feels like it now my pool is completely black because he keeps saying he’s gonna show up and never does very very unprofessional. I would give him zero stars if I could. Now is gonna cost me way more to get my pool back the way it was when he initially touched my pool, very disappointed. He should not be allowed to have a professional platform when he’s not doing professional work I’m angry.
Never showed and never responded to any request to let me know what was happening. I plan on leaving a 1 star Yelp next
Mario did a great job replacing my pool filter. His expert recommendations and efficient replacement of my pool filter, along with impeccable plumbing work, exceeded my expectations. Mario’s reasonable pricing adds to the overall satisfaction.
Never followed up with repairs that were promised and I paid him
I wouldn't trust Mario with my pool ever again. He lied about having cleaned the pool filter. Work was not done thoroughly until mentioning it. I'll gladly take my money elsewhere.

My mistake for not reading the “specified” areas he works at, so I requested help anyway he let me know it was out of his area but ACCEPTED anyway.. BARELY gave me a set day based on HIS schedule NEVER gave me a time.. when i reached day out of to see what time he was coming the response was “Not sure yet but I'll send you a text a hour before I go” unprofessional and never got a message.. Point is HE NEVER SHOWED.. blame me for not looking right but he accepted after he knew and still didnt show up.
