Omar did a fantastic job replacing my second-story deck. He handled all the demo, trash removal, materials and labor. Got it done in under two days and had the most competitive pricing relative to 4 other quotes. Would definitely hire him again for any carpentry related work.

Lopez Construction did an EXCELLENT job building a pergola over the deck in my back yard. I’m very pleased with their work. The quality of the wood and workmanship was great! They kept in contact with me very regularly to keep me updated and even referred my to someone to add lights and a tarp cover who also did a great job! Thanks to Lopez Construction my backyard looks great & I’m ready to entertain.
Perfect communication. Fast to respond, bud and build. I got next day service and finished installation was exactly what we needed without the hassle of doing it ourselves. Very honest, great value and quality. I’d recommend to anyone looking for quality speed and ease.
Our carport roof was so weak and rotted, that it was unsafe. Mr. Lopez responded to our request promptly, and gave us a very reasonable and affordable estimate to replace the roof. He and his crewmate arrived early to begin work. They were very professional and polite, they improved upon the original design so that drainage and support would be better, they completed the job in just one day, and they stayed on budget. We highly recommend Lopez construction.
We could never have imagined how great our patio cover turned out! First of all, Lopez construction was my lowest quote by thousands of dollars. Mr Lopez addressed all my concerns up front and came thru on all of the details and care abouts I outlined. The attention to detail and symmetry is impeccable... He is also an experienced roofer; he modified my roof line for perfect compatibility with the new structure. He recommended an electrician which I hired and they coordinated well with each other I could not be more pleased... I highly recommend!
Overall good experience with Omar. He replaced roof on my shed then I hired him again to put my iron fence back up. Very please with his work. He is reasonably priced and even worked in the rain to complete job in timely manner.
With all the rain, Omar got the job on the schedule quickly and done in one day, even after I added an additional gate onto the job. They arrived on time, left a clean work area, even made my mom a little step so it is easier for her to get on the deck. I'd highly recommend Lopez Construction to do work for you.
Omar and his team did a get job replacing 12 posts in my fence. Very professional. Also, cleaned up everything. They left my yard cleaner than when they started. I recommend Lopez construction for all your fencing needs.
I needed a new deck built to cover my old broken patio. Lopez's quote for the entire project was less than a third of the competitors and within the span of two days from our initial contact his crew of guys had built a solid ground level deck that well exceeded my expectations. The even contoured it around my tree! Would hire again.
