Our technician was George. Excellent work, very knowledgeable and extremely customer responsive. Would hire them again in a minute. Great work! George repaired our patio that’s been crumbling for years. We are extremely pleased with the work.

The work was completed in a very professional manner.
I appreciated the knowledge of detail for my project. The process of work needed was explained to me and I appreciate that.
This is the the best professional that we used for our home repairs over the past 3 years. They were very responsive, polite, professional, and efficient! How refreshing! They did our tuckpointing on our chimney.
Lorain Chimney lives up to its reputation of being an award winning company. Great communication, responsive to the needs of the customer and a great value for quality work. The owner responded with his team and completed the work in little time. The owner gave information on the cause of the chimney damage and gave assurance that the rebuild would not have the same problem. It was a pleasure doing business with Lorain Chimney. Al Moreland
I was very pleased with their work ethic. Four men came when they said and they worked non stop until the job was completed. They chiseled out the bad brick and replaced with the new. They matched the brick perfectly. I recommend Lorain Chimney for any brick Job. Here is a sample picture before and after.
Lorain Chimney is a company that I would highly recommend. They arrived on time, were very professional, pleasant and focused on building our brick mailbox. Quality of workmanship and their commitment to cleanup and leave the work area as though no one was there was appreciated.
They did an amazing job with my chimney. They were prompt, professional and great to work with. They explained everything to my wife and I and they were very prompt. Would recommend to everyone I know.
Did a great job rebuilding rain erroded broken brick and masonry front steps. Responded to messages and questions quickly and was able to come a day earlier than expected. No hassles and clear communication.
They came out quick gave me a quote, gave me an appointment, they were polite and professional. Will hire again in the future. They definitely know what they are doing.
They did a good job with the project and brought enough man power to do the install efficiently. I am very pleased with the results.
Lorain chimney rebuilt our large chimney that had been struck by lightning. Excellent experience on every level. Highly recommend them and will use them again in the future. I wish I had pictures to share because it looks beautiful.
LC did nice job. Came out for quote quickly and finished job in day's time. Price was fair and would work with again.
Guys showed up on time and knocked the job out in a few hours. The job has only been completed for a few hours, but no complaints so far. Whole crew was easy to work with and price was fair. There was a small amount of brick/mortar dust that was left on front doors, hand rails, etc., but what do you expect when dealing with these kinds of materials. Nothing a quick spray with the hose won't fix. Would definitely hire again.
Mike was great! I needed my front steps repaired and he gave me a several options of what he could do. He was responsive to my questions and showed up when he said he would. Everything looks great.
Mike and employees did a great job with the conditions in front of them, as well as executed the project in a timely fashion without impacting quality of work. My entire front stoop was completed in a day!
