The response time was quick and he was able to complete the project in a day. The old kitchen cabinets look great in the garage and will provide a lot of new storage space. We will definitely use Lost Remodels for any future projects.
Very professional & responsive communication. I really appreciated the quick follow up and maintaining a very clean working area. Highly recommend.
They did a wonderful job for my parents that have just relocated to AZ. You can’t go wrong using this company for your next project. The price was reasonable, and we will definitely use them again.
The best way to improve would be to learn their trade. I had several small projects. A wall needed to be textured to match the other three walls in that room. Instead of using a hopper and applying the texture the right way, he used cans of texture which did not match. I asked to have it redone and it still did not look like it was supposed to. I had a few holes drilled in a cabinet. Afterwards, the sawdust was left behind. I expected it to be cleaned up. The worst was my backsplash. I provided the tiles, wall tape and grout. They put up the tiles and did the grout but left it until the next day to wipe it way. Now it was stuck to the tiles and had to be scraped away. They scraped it with what looked like a chisel and this took the surface off of the tiles in numerous locations. Over the stove, where the tiles are supposed to alternate, they are almost lined up directly above each other on two rows. Instead of seeing that this was not the way the pattern was meant to go, it was applied and left as an eyesore. At this point there is nothing I can do to correct it as I would have to remove the entire area. I am sure that this would be an absolute mess. I honestly felt like I had more knowledge and, if I felt comfortable using a tile saw, would have done a much better job. I am beyond disappointed and am, frankly, embarrassed for my family and friends to see my kitchen. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!
Dale and his helper were on time and completed our tasks professionally and with accuracy: hanging pictures and mirrors were straight and solidly put on the wall. We also had 4 accent walls painted and they look great! We will use Lost Remodels again if we need to do more work on our house.
Dale from Lost Remodels did an excellent job on the work he did in our home. He is very personable and leaves his work space clean.
The representative arrived at my home and refused to wear a mask. Actually said he refrains from wearing them and I can reschedule when I feel more comfortable!!! Thumbtack advertise safety and Covid precautions, along with every other company in the world right now. What a waste of time. Definitely will not recommend or use this company.
Dale did a great job with my various projects. I look forward to having him back to help me with other things in the future.
Installed stone on the interior wall. Very satisfied with the quality of work. Had wonderful experience would hire again for future projects.
