Lou is not familiar with more advanced electrical work. I do not recommend having him come out for anything more complicated than replacing an outlet. He was unable to provide a quote for a simple panel and service upgrade and was completely unfamiliar with the process of working with the electrical companies/permitting. His game is to charge you $150 to come give a quote (lesson learned) and then return with an ambiguous quote with no itemization etc giving you no option but to call a real electrician. Avoid at all costs.
