Giovana (is SUCH a sweetheart) and her staff are AMAAAAZING! I needed a move out clean and they did SUCH a great job! My house is hard to find but the staff found it with very little problem. I will definitely recommend them to all my friends for their cleaning needs. PLUS the best part, the price was very affordable especially for the quality of work Giovana and her staff provided. Giovana and her girls are absolutely AMAZING! I was out of town, and when I left, my bedroom and home were a literal construction zone and an entire MESS. My roof was getting Re-done along with drywall repairs and tons of dust, paint, etc. everywhere. Giovana went above and beyond to not only clean and move paint, my bed, and everything else that was a strewn but deep cleaned my entire home. I highly recommend Love To Clean for your cleaning. Pricing was great, she worked with me on Re-scheduling a million times. Now I can come home to a clean home, without being so overwhelmed. So so grateful I found her!
Worst cleaning service I've tried thus far. Why is it so hard to find someone who does what they advertise??! I had high hopes given some of those photos on here, however that was far from my experience. Firstly, the owner who I was communicating with is poor at communicating in terms of responding back. So I started to question the professionalism based on that. I confirmed yesterday afternoon that she was still coming this morning. She responded that she was, then I get a text this a.m. that she wasn't coming and that Fatima and Diandra were very good. I get it, things come up last minute. (she later texted after I sent them home that she was sorry and her sister was sent to the emergency room last night Possible, but also very suspect considering it is Labor Day today) My husband was downstairs watching them clean and came upstairs after an hour to have me come down to look bc he said it wasn't good or thorough at all. The people she sent didn't speak any English at all, but we confirmed they were done in certain parts of the house by using this language translater on the phone. The toilets weren't touched in the bathrooms she said she was done with and the kitchen that she said she was done looked barely touched. Yet, she did the flower thing on the toilet paper and the tissues, as if that was supposed to impress me and distract that nothing was actually cleaned. I appreciate when cleaners do this, but it loses the effect when the bathroom isnt actually CLEAN. The kitchen also was half rear ended. She didn't wipe down all the counters, any chairs, cabinets, coffee bar area, appliances, or gas stove top. The sink looks like she just rinsed it out. I ended up telling them to go ahead and leave. Also, this is something that just grates on my nerves with some cleaners...when they don't even TRY to put your stuff back where it was. I mean, who puts a cutting board with the back facing out? But all my other things were just all over the counter, or things all moved around the rooms she was done in that looked like the room is messy just by the fact of crap randomly everywhere instead of at least in the same area as it is supposed to be. People would go so far if they just paid attention to the details and would set themselves above all the other lousy competition. I am considering opening my own cleaning service and hiring the best of the best to clean bc so many people struggle with the same thing as we are with finding people who are actually both excellent in the work and professional, show up when they say they will be somewhere, communicate well and in a timely manner and are accountable to their word.
Wish I had some before photos so you could see the difference. Two ladies came in and did a move out cleaning for me and they did an amazing job! We’re very thorough in there work. Can’t even tell I lived here. Definitely recommend and would hire again if I ever need a cleaner in the area. Thank you guys!
Easy to communicate, very thorough, and very professional. The wonder woman duo left my house looking like a hotel. Our home is spotless, smells nice, and left me with a good feeling. I will look at having these cleaning heroes come back again.
I cannot express how wonderful Giovana and her team our. My home is SPARKLING. They went far above and beyond and have taken a huge task off of my plate. I cannot thank them enough for the help they provided. Truly WONDERFUL! My son especially loved the papertowel bow!

I needed a deep clean on a whim because my previous cleaner was booked and Giovanni responded right away and book for the next day. Three cleaners arrived on time and did everything on my list plus more. I will say this deep clean is the BEST clean I’ve had in a very long time. I have had two cleaners in the past and didn’t know the quality could surpass. My floors can get pretty bad with an active shedding dog and they were spotless. They organized things I didn’t ask for and it looked amazing. I will be using them frequently in the future. Don’t hesitate to book!
