I contacted Loyalty Counts Construction (first time) for a front door installation project and got a very prompt response and quote from Adrian. His price included picking up the door I purchased from Lowes Newbury Park and bringing it to my house. I was able to get the job scheduled quickly and on the day of installation, Adrian arrived with a great crew and the new door. They got right to it and worked hard. It turned out the new door was about an inch taller than the previous opening, so they needed to cut the opening to make it right. They fixed it and completed the install. Everything was professionally done and it looks perfect. I am 100% satisfied with how it looks. I have more projects pending and Adrian took measurements to give me quotes. I look forward to completing some more projects with these great guys!

Punctual and professional-
Martin Hernandez was pleasant, took care of my problem with loose kitchen faucet. Was not satisfied until it was fixed and he and I were satisfied. Recommend him and Elite Rooter for any plumbing problems
Adrienne and Brandon did an amazing job on our gate. He was timely and accurate with this quote and exceeded our expectations with the final product. We plan to use Adrienne for additional projects around our house. I highly recommend his services.

Not a good experience. Had to get in touch with another company.

James contacted us immediately and scheduled an estimate for the next day. I would highly recommend this company.
Working with Adrian is simple and easy. He is very knowledgeable and he answered all my calls and questions without delay. Loyalty Counts is a 1st class construction company. I choose Adrian over other companies because he was quick to answer my multiple questions and was always polite . Highly recommended in my opinion. He did our retaining wall and it turned out great. He handled all permits, and inspections per city codes. Thank you Adrian. We will call you in the future for our room addition project.
Loyalty Counts undertook the tedious, tough job of re-grouting all of the tile in our three full bathrooms. From start to finish, it was a pleasure to work with this company. They are perfectionists who take pride in their work. Our bathrooms look brand new! Adrian Moreno communicated daily regarding the status of the job. There was always an email in the morning indicating the time the crew would arrive and what they would be doing. There were often other updates throughout the day. In addition to doing the job they were hired for, Adrian and his crew noticed other things , like shower door closures ,which needed attention. They gladly repaired these things as well. Each day the work areas were cleaned up. When the job was finished. There was no debris from the work done. I highly recommend Loyalty Counts. They are craftsmen who are professional, prompt and trustworthy. You will not be disappointed.
