The Loyalty Plumbing team is led by Nicholas and Alexy Rollins, a husband-and-wife team rooted in service, family, and trust. Nicholas, a fourth-generation Las Vegas native, began his plumbing journey while serving in the United States Army, where he was cross-trained and certified as a pipefitter with the United States Air Force. After being honorably discharged, he returned home with a clear mission, to put customers first and use his expertise to serve the community he grew up in. Alongside him, his wife Alexy plays a vital role in leading and growing the business, bringing a strong focus on customer experience, team culture, and daily operations. Brian came out to look at my plumbing issues and quote me a price. After looking at the work, he explained everything to me - the problems, what my options were and the cost for each one. He was very professional and knowledgeable.

I had to contact Loyalty Plumbing directly after no one showed up for my appointment. They had no record of the call that was scheduled. My frustration is with the process. Why didn’t they know I made an appointment? Not going to use 3rd party apps for this anymore. I called them and scheduled them for Tuesday, next week. The man at Loyalty said it wasn’t the first time they didn’t get info for appointments and spent a while on the phone with me to get a handle on my situation and we scheduled directly. 4-5 stars for Loyalty Plumbing, 0 stars for this process where no one got my reservation for the call out.
