Reviews
We were able to move very quickly to get the projected started in replacing a portion of our roof. We also scheduled Phil and his team to come put a deck on the roof because we were so satisfied with the work already completed.
Highly recommend! Phillip was very responsive! He was able to do an initial diagnosis remotely. He and his team came out two days later, confirmed the issue, and repaired our roof right then. He explained the repair, answered our questions, and was all-around great to work with. Definitely keeping Loyola Roofing’s number handy!
They arrived on time, assessed the problem with the flashing on my very high, steep roof, and made the repair the same day. Thank you so much.
Phillip kept the updates coming through weather and material delays. Never had the feeling of not knowing where my project was. Excellent work, and reponsiveness.
Philip was awesome to work with as he explains each and every step of what needs to be done and get it done right. This company & crew take great pride in doing quality work, fast, and even cleanup was exceptional. I highly recommend to anyone wanting to hire a professional.
Quick and easy to work with
We found Loyola Roofing through thumbtack and couldn't be happier with the experience... Put in request for a quote within 30 minutes Phil Rich from Loyola Roofing called me and was out to inspect our roof that day. He was very professional and knowledgeable about our needs. We got a very fair price for the work to be preformed, complete tear-off with lots of wood damage, that was pretty apprent prior to the tear-off. Loyola tore off the old roof, repaired the rotten wood, reshingled, installed flashing and drip edge in areas that had none before. They put a nice flat roof torch down on an almost flat roof area that had shingles before and leaking and cleaned up in one day. All I can say is that an exceptional crew showed up to work. Thank you Phil and crew very pleased.. Would refer them to anyone in need.
Phil and his crew were on time, on budget, and generally a pleasure to work with. I would use Loyola Roofing again in a heartbeat.
Contacted Loyola Roofing and Phil answered on the first ring. We set an appointment for a free estimate. Not knowing whether we would need a repair or an entire replacement, he walked us through as he pointed to the weak spots causing the leaks. He then explained the entire process, and materials that would be used. He returned the following day. He was prompt, conscientious, efficient, honest and came in on budget. We will use this company again.
