Guy was very knowledgeable about the lock system, and the setup only took him 20 minutes to take down my old lock and set up the new one while walking me through the app for my smart lock. He was very flexible with timing, and I look forward to working with him for future jobs.

Reviews
Guy was fantastic and flexible as times kept changing for the closing on my house. Reasonable prices, took the time to show me how to use all the features! Thank you!
Great customer service and professionalism. Handled the lock issue quickly and efficiently. Was easy and on time.
He had so much patience with my elderly mom. I wasn’t there in person, but he was able to handle it with me on the speakerphone. These door locks that are digital can be really confusing.
He was excellent. He showed up within the hour I called him to give me an estimate. His prices are very fair. He works fast too. I would recommend again to anyone and will use him in the future.
Highly recommend!! Our front door 3-way lock mechanism never locked smoothly when turning the key. We had (3) experts attempt to troubleshoot within a 2 year period without success. We are very pleased, we waited over 2 months to submit our review to ensure we provide facts. Guy knew exactly how to fix the issue and provided us an inexpensive and easy solution using my preferred door handle. Guy had door handles readily for sale but said that was not the issue, do not replace, save the money. We were impressed with his knowledge and honesty, It’s hard to find someone in this business that is inexpensive, honest, and with experience. Thank you, Guy!
Guy was able to install lock on sliding glass door when other companies said it wasn’t possible. Nice and secure. Just what I wanted!
He was incredibly helpful setting up my new facial recognition lock. A previous technician couldn’t get it right, but he fixed everything quickly. He also helped me set up the app and walked me through the features. Highly recommend!
Let me say if you need the job done, quick and efficient! This is your guy! & let me tell you I’m picky! He said he would be here at 9am & he absolutely was! I don’t even think he was here a full 30 minutes at that! & was also able to fit in the education, to show me how to use it! Thank you so much again you definitely will have any of my future business in regards to keys and locks
Guy came in a hurry to fix my historic front door. He came and fixed my issue quickly and did a phenomenal job! Highly recommend using Guy
