Edit: although the stain seemed to be gone, it came back- which is ok, I knew this was not 100% guaranteed. What I do have a problem with is that a different area of the rug that had no issues- no stain or anything, was treated and now I have two stains that cannot get out. I appreciate the effort but very upset that this issue is now worse. They did issue me a refund which I very much appreciate. They arrived on time, were extremely efficient, professional, and very nice. The day after the initial cleaning, I noticed some remnants of the stain on my rug, and they were kind enough to come back today and treat the spot again at no extra charge. I really appreciated their excellent customer service and professionalism. I would definitely use them again!
