About LTA Construction LLC
Hi, I'm Chad, a second-generation brick mason with a lifelong passion for quality craftsmanship. My journey in masonry started when I was just a kid, spending summers helping my dad on job sites. It wasn’t just about learning how to lay brick or mix mortar it was about learning how to work hard, do things the right way, and take pride in every detail. To this day, that pride is what drives me. There’s nothing more satisfying than driving past a home or building and being able to say, “I helped build that.” It’s a reminder that good work lasts and I stand behind everything I do. My specialty is brick repair, but I work with all types of masonry brick, block, and stone. Whether you're dealing with aging mortar, damaged brickwork, or need new construction, I bring the same level of care and precision to every project. I treat your home or property like it’s my own, and I don’t cut corners ever. I enjoy every part of the job from restoring old work to making something brand new. Masonry is an art to me, and I take pride in creating work that not only lasts, but looks great too. I believe in honest communication, fair pricing, and showing up when I say I will. I love what I do, and I don’t consider it “just work” it’s what I was born to do. If you're looking for someone who will take your project seriously and treat it with respect, I’d love the opportunity to help.
Reviews
Chad and crew did a excellent job at repairing about 100 feet of block wall. Replacing all top caps, broken pilaster blocks, and wall blocks. He also ground out cracked wall joints and replaced the mortar. Very accommodating to the changes that came up during the repairs. Highly recommend!
Chad is old school in all the best ways. Hard working, fair, honest and excellent at what he does.
Very flexible and highly professional. The paver work was clean, with precise cuts throughout. He took extra care around obstacles— well above expectations. I would gladly hire LTA again for any masonry work.
I’m so glad I found Chad to do my stone work on my fireplace. Excellent service and so happy with final results. Was very impressed with how he prepped around work space to protect surrounding areas. Upon completion, he thoroughly cleaned everything as if he was never there. He was very responsive, always on time, and completed job quickly with quality. He also provided me with guidance and a contact of how to finish my fireplace project. All in all, I would recommend and refer him to anyone.
