Informed me of the work that would be done and did it efficiently and quickly and then let me know what was done afterwards and how to properly maintain going forward. We had the flue pipe on our home heater replaced. I’ve added before and after photos.

Good experience
I had a Google Nest installed and Marlon reached out timely. He arrived on time and ready to work explaining to the process so that I understood what was happening. Marlon made sure I could connect online. When the system wasn't working as it should, he checked the condenser outside (which wasn't even involved in the Nest install) and found a major problem! Marlon took the time to make this repair (texting me and sending videos of what the problem was and then the fix). I'm well aware he could have just walked away and said the problem was not part of the scope of what I hired him for. BUT, because of his obvious strong sense of integrity he saw the problem and fixed it!! I'm a senior and have already referred him to my family (and he would be a big hit with my Church family as well)!
I had an old rusted pipe leaking in my basement. The pipe was connecting the heating furnace to a radiator located on the first floor of the home. I found Marlon on Thumbtack and communicated with him via text messaging and phone calls. He was thorough in assessing the problem and providing a written estimate of the repairs. I was not present in home when work was performed. Repairs were completed by time of my return. My daughter stated he was professional and did a good job. I would definitely recommend him for plumbing/HVAC needs.

Marlon approach to my heating problem was reasurring. He was able to give the best possible resolution. Thumbtack system was a benefit. Dont skip the option to add photos when requesting an estimate. He access the photo and gave me two option. Marlon arrived on time reviewed both options and suggested the best option to eliminate future leaks by installing a condensation pump, and rerouted some pvc pipes. I highly recommend him and appreciate his professionalism.
