About Lubinski Remodeling
The decision to have your home or commercial property remodeled is a major one. Lubinski Remodeling with over 20 years experience will complete your project in the most courteous and professional manner. Lubinski Remodeling is a reliable and affordable home improvement company based in the Chicago Area and Suburbs specializing in renovations, bathrooms, and new construction of residential and commercial properties. My own experience in construction and remodeling began under my father, a commercial developer who worked extensively throughout Chicago, particularly in Wicker Park during the 1980s and 1990s. From the age of 10, I spent countless hours on construction sites—often under the watchful eye of skilled tradespeople—learning firsthand the fundamentals of construction, renovation, and property development. That early exposure grew into a true passion. Renovation and construction are more than just a trade for me—they’re part of my family’s legacy. That’s why I genuinely enjoy offering our services to homeowners and businesses, bringing experience, craftsmanship, and a deep respect for the work we do.
Reviews
Lubinski is a fantastic, family-owned company who provides high-quality work at a reasonable price. My family will definitely use them in the future for any home projects. We recommend you do too! A little bit about our project: When my husband and I purchased our home in 2024, we knew we wanted to expand the kitchen to create a larger entertaining space. We received a few estimates, but ultimately decided on Lubinski Remodeling as their price felt most fair for the scope of work. We found them on Thumbtack. We wanted to: 1. Remove a load-bearing wall between our kitchen and dining room 2. Replace closet space with a pantry, coffee bar, and space for a fridge 3. Reroute and add outlets Everyone who helped complete the work was very respectful of our home. They included us in every decision, but the process never felt overwhelming. I appreciated the options they offered with clear explanation for the pros/cons of each. Their payment plan was also clear and fair. They take Zelle, ACH, or check, which offers plenty of flexibility. Working with Lubinski was a phenomenal experience. They were communicative, kind, and diligent. I cannot believe this project took less than 3 weeks to complete. We are simply in love with the results.
I'm so happy to have found Lubinski Remodeling. Communication was great and the work was done quickly. I will continue to hire them for my remodeling needs. In fact, I have already hired them for my next project and have more to come. Thank you!
Thank you for help and you did a wonderful job
Our experience with the team was outstanding. Christian was great to work with. He helped us bring our vision of our update to life and stayed engaged throughout the project. The team worked around our schedule. The quality of the people and the work were both top notch. I highly recommend Lubinski Remodeling for your next project.
Christian has been honest and upfront with me.
They are not responsive. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
Needed to have some drywall repair work performed in a short turn around. Engaged with Lubinski Construction because they were one of only a few professionals who responded to my quote request in a timely manner. Described job. Provided photos. Received bid. The next day the repair work began. Berto did a great job. Thank you!
I was so impressed with this crew from start to finish. They were incredibly responsive and reliable, and made a quick-turn deck painting project happen seamlessly. The team they sent was kind, professional, and did excellent work. Christian was clear and communicative throughout, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I’ll definitely be calling them again for future projects!
The team did a great job on our pergola. Christian was very responsive. They stuck to our timeline and budget and went over options when material was out. I would recommend them for any home projects!
Miscommunication at first but my concern was resolved quickly and professionally.
DEPENDABLE, GO-TO for ALL HOME PROJECTS Large or small, Lubinski can tackle it all. I had accumulated a range of tasks around the house - swapping out kitchen faucet; bathroom fixtures; hanging pictures… to much larger projects like installing a feature Slat Wall and replacing drywall around a previous leaking window. Scheduling for all this took no time at all - projects complete in less than 2 weeks. The Crew was amazing!! Excellent, clear communication. True craftsmen at their job. We encountered an issue in the slat wall which was no fault of theirs and I was so surprised and truly appreciative of all the thought and work they put in to overcome it. No shortcuts!! They want to see you satisfied.
The best, Christian and his team did a full remodel of our house and we couldn’t be more thrilled with how it turned out. Was on time, communicative and his crew was awesome. Couldn’t recommend more!
Hired Lubinski to do some structural work. Very professional group, crew showed up on time each day they were scheduled and timing was clearly communicated in advance. Knocked out my project very quickly. Would definitely hire again.
Christian and the team were incredibly helpful and responsive. They kept me informed on timelines so I could plan and schedule accordingly. They worked quickly to get our job completed before our newborn came home from the hospital, certainly a hard timeline to maintain but the workers felt like family friends and were respectful and communicative. At times they suggested how things might work better than what we originally had in mind for the project and the insight and expertise was greatly appreciated. I will reach out to Christian and the Lubinski Remodeling team for our needs in the future and recommend them to family and neighbors.
I received a prompt response to my inquiry, and the work was scheduled quickly, and done thoroughly and well. The price was more than fair. I will definitely use Lubinski Remodeling again, and highly recommend them. They were a great find!
Lubinski was able to come and complete the work very quickly. They worked with me to come up with a long term solution to my problem and the carpenter was very skilled
Chris and team did a fantastic job of building a new closet with raised granite floor and installing custom decorative doors (shrine). They also installed LED tape lights and ceiling lights for the closet. The workmanship and quality of the finish is excellent. I would strongly recommend Chris and his team for any remodeling projects. They listen to you needs and vision, and help make adjustments as needed to realize ehat you want. Thank you, Chris!
Lubinski remodeling is very professional. They are easy to communicate with and explained details to us. They did a great job fixing our carport and replacing two pillars. Highly recommend them!
Lubinski Remodeling was one of many contractors we met with to create a master bedroom in our first home. I initially met with Thomas and was impressed with his quick and professional assessment. He was also more than willing to point out less expensive options whereas other contractors we saw did not even mention them, only pushing the more costly ways of doing what we wanted. Christian’s estimate was comprehensive and the bid was much more reasonable than the other contractors. They scheduled the work quickly, the guys were all pleasant and explained what they were doing and why, and they asked my opinion when questions arose. The work came out great, exactly what we asked for, and no hidden costs popped up. We are very happy and will be calling Lubinski again for future projects!
