Fair pricing, quality work and professional. Replaced my entire front deck. Demo, required new foot holes, framing, railings and installed trex. Very pleased with the end result. Definitely planning on having them come back early next year to replace my rear deck. Before and after pics provided.

Luis and his crew replaced roof, entrance door and added siding to my single detached garage. Overall amazing experience! Great communication, very punctual and provided great outcomes! Will definitely refer to friends and family and will definitely work with again!
I hired Luis' company for repair work to my deck. I have an oval above ground pool and a 48'x26' deck around it. After 3 decades of pool time the joist hangars around the pool rusted away and the deck began to sag in spots. I'm so glad I found Luis of Lucero General Contractors on Thumbtack. The work conditions for my job were miserable. They only had about 3-1/2 ft of headroom in a dark, muddy area close to the pool to access the hangars. It was hard work that few were willing to take on. Luis and crew did an excellent job. My deck is level and sturdy again and I couldn't be happier. Luis was very responsive from day 1. He returned calls and texts almost immediately. He showed up when he said he would. He also was very flexible, willing to work around our desire to use the pool in the waning days of summer. I would gladly hire Luis again for any of the work in his profile. If you're looking for someone to work for you that knows his business, is smart and skilled, wants you to be happy with his work, is honest with you and charges fair prices, I highly recommend him
The guys did an excellent job putting together our shed. They installed the floor and then assembled the building. The shed was a challenge as it was from a kit. So, to anyone else looking to put a shed in, talk with this group first. They will use better materials than provided from a pre-cut shed similar to what you would purchase at Lowe's / Home Depot. They are diligent and very pleasant t work with. Highly recommend.
Luis and his crew did excellent work refurbishing my shed before Mother Nature finished reclaiming it. They removed and replaced all the old T-111 siding, trim, doors, roof shingles and windows. Then they painted it with 2 coats of the colors I supplied to match my house colors. Everything was completed in just 2 work days, with all the waste removed! They even dismantled our old dilapidated wood playhouse and disposed of that waste. That's where my sons conducted their Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles club long ago. Hah! They're both in their 40s now. I know I'll be hiring Luis's company, Lucero General Contractors, for different projects in the future.
