Responsive and great work. Thank you for the fast work
The service requested was not delivered . During the initial consultation I asked specifically to clean the tree bark while ensuring the actual branches are not cut off as they provide privacy. All trees were butchered..All the branches were cut off. When discussing the issue with the owner. He kept saying “I was not there” he kept shift in the blame to the workers when all they do is receive instructions from him. This was very unprofessional. I have not engaged with the workers and I explained the desired outcome to him. There is a complete lack of responsibility. Very dissatisfied with the Service and I would not recommend them in the future..
Our palm trees look amazing we’re grateful for the team that showed up!
Alex and his crew at Lucero Tree Care were awesome! They showed up on time, did a great job, and offered a great price. The whole crew was professional, efficient, and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing tree care services. Thank you, Alex and crew, for the excellent work!
Hired Lucero tree care to trim an avocado tree that had never been trimmed. They showed up explained what they were going to do and asked if I had any questions. They were very professional and even cleaned up the neighboring yards of debris. The cost was in line with other bids and I was very happy with the service. Call them you won't be disappointed!
I highly recommend Lucero and his team. They showed up right on time and were incredibly professional and courteous from start to finish. I had a tricky removal right up against a wall, and their work was exceptionally careful and thoughtful to ensure nothing was damaged. They are genuinely good people who do great work—hire them for any tree or gardening needs!"
