We just got our bathroom tiles replaced and **Lucas** with Luck Pro Tile a phenomenal job. Punctuality and responsiveness is important to me as well as craftsmanship. From the beginning to the end of the project, his response time was quick and his patience with my constant indecisiveness was above and beyond. He did a beautiful job on our bathroom. We are very pleased and will be using him again for future projects.

Reviews
I ended up solving the issue myself before needing them, but their responsiveness is great and the price was reasonable.
Lucas and his team were so kind and worked quickly to install our shower tile. We would recommend them
They did a great job and they are very respectful and have a hight level of professionalism
Lucas did a great job on the bathrooms I asked him to work on. He was quick and knowledgeable! Will definitely use him again!
You get what you pay for…we had over 650 sqft of wood laminate flooring plus transitions installed by LuckPro. Most of the job was completed satisfactorily however, a month later our transitions are still not finished. This is mostly because we didn’t want to keep purchasing different materials for the installers to “try” to get the transitions to lay correctly. Ultimately we decided we’d finish the transition work ourselves when we can get to it and after we budget for the materials we will need. Like I mentioned most of the work looks good but the transitions and job still not being done is frustrating and disappointing. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this installer for a job this big.
Set appt. to get a quote at 9:30. No call, no show. Do these businesses understand that we lose money when we take off from work and agree to meet for a quote or to be home for them to do their work? I get you may be busy but, common courtesy is to call, text or email because it tells us a lot about how you run your business. It’s 12:00 and no response to my text, “What Happened?” Lucas called and said it was a scheduling mistake. He wanted to make it right and we scheduled another mutual time. He was very accommodating and worked 4 more days to complete the project. See photo below. I said something about the mess with the grout and he did a good job cleaning up after he finished. So my rating is a 4.5. Lucas is starting his business and does very good work. He also turned a mistake into a happy customer. Give him a chance as his prices were very reasonable and he listened and made good recommendations. He even went to pick up the extra tile I needed to complete the job.
Lucas did a great job. I had a cracked tile in my living room and have been getting the run around from other contractors for months. He set a time, was punctual, matched the grout perfectly and cleaned up after. Would highly recommend. - price was also lower than other quotes I received.
Great people to work with - they get the job done on-time and on-budget. No job is too small, we had our porch tiled and it looks amazing and we plan to rehire Lucas and Roberto for our next project.
Luck pro tile was the best, hard works, great communication and did excellent work. Definitely will use again
