Good initial communication, but did not show up or communicate needing to reschedule on two separate occasions.
I can't say enough good things about Luis and his crew. I'm going to bring them back for a couple of other tree issues here in the next month or so, things that Ive needed to do for a couple of years now.
He was very professional and friendly. He arrived on time and did a great job trimming my tree and explaining to me the process. Will definitely use him again.
Luis came to my home to look at the job I was needing done. I had asked about grinding away 4-5 stumps of holly bushes. One stump was larger than the rest. He said there was a stone in the middle of the larger stump. I told him I did not think it was a stone. In any event, he said he could remove all the stumps, we agreed on a price, we shook on it and he told me when he would be out. The very next day I messaged him with a picture to show him that there was no stone, it was actually a larger stump. His reply was yeah he could see that and it would cost more money. I asked him how much, he never responded. I told him from the start it was a stump not a stone. He agreed to do the job, I agreed on a price and then he ignored me. Clearly honesty has no place in his business. In the end I rented my own stump grinder for less than he had originally quoted me for the job. At least I know I will show up.
I couldn’t have been more impressed with Luis’ services! He executed every landscaping task I requested and was prompt to respond to messages. His prices can’t be beat. Highly recommend!
Luis and I set a date for some work to be done in my yard. We also settled on a cost. He never answered me about the exact time he would be here. He never called, texted, or came by. The day he was supposed to be here came and went. I'm frustrated with him, so I went ahead and hired another company.
The crew arrived on time, followed instructions, worked diligently, completed the project flawlessly and cleaned up the area. They were friendly, courteous and respectful and we were charged a fair price. I would definitely recommend Luis.
Luis definitely came through for me with brush haul. He also offered the lowest price for the job by far! Would recommend!
