I’m not satisfied with the quality of work or the level of professionalism I experienced with Lulu’s Cleaning. Communication was frustrating, and while I was told multiple times that someone could return to fix the issues, that simply wasn’t workable given my schedule. I had carpet repairs and stretching scheduled, along with photographers coming in the same week, so timing mattered. For nearly $670 at a rate of $35 per person per hour, I expected a much higher standard of service. A team of three people cleaned a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home, yet several clearly visible and important areas were left untouched (as shown in the photos I provided). Overall, the service did not meet expectations, especially for the price paid. I would not recommend Lulu’s Cleaning, nor would I use them again

Ana and her team took a horrible mess of a situation and performed miracles! I am forever grateful! I would absolutely recommend her and hire her again.
They crew of cleaners did a wonderful job. They did arrive 30 minutes lateevan asking if they could come 2 hours later than originally scheduled but they did great work and very efficient.
Lulu and her team do excellent work, very clean and efficient and cleaned more than we ever expected for a more than reasonable price. Cleaner than we’ve had our home since we’ve moved in, will use them at least once a month now. Best in the area!!
I hired Lulu's for a one-time cleaning, but the value was so good I'm considering turning this into a regular thing. A team of 4 came and had my small-ish townhouse cleaner than it's ever been in around an hour.
I’m so impressed by the high quality of work and their thoroughness! I’ve been renting this house for several years and it was not deeply cleaned when I moved in and they were able to scrub the layers of accumulated neglect amazingly well!! I have never had regular cleaners but am likely to arrange that now!!
Lulu’s was very responsive to messages and communicated well the day of for timing. We were impressed with how thoroughly our home was cleaned. Would definitely recommend and hire again!
Wonderful cleaning service, and a very nice group of women! They always go above and beyond! They also go out of their way, to help me accomplish any extra tasks, that I am unable to do myself, due to my physical health. In my opinion, the quality of their work is worth more than their cost for service! Grateful for their hard work, and accommodations! Highly recommend this company!
They really helped me out! Did more than I originally asked and I really appreciative of the help
Very grateful to have found this company! They are kind enough to be helping me with my rental and the best part is they do an absolutely incredible job! My home is so clean, they did the laundry. Very grateful to have found a company who goes above and beyond! Thank you!
