I needed some pressure washing done at a rental property and the team at Luminary was able to get the job done. I have a very satisfied tenant. (Before and after pics attached)

Reviews
On time, did a great job. Highly recommend this company!!
I never enjoy giving a below-average review to a local business, but unfortunately our experience was pretty disappointing. We hired Luminary to clean out our gutters as we wanted our roof to look nice and clear of leaves. Luminary did flush out our gutters with water, but they left behind a mess of leaves, debris, and solar lights lying on the ground. Additionally, our roof now has more leaves on it than it did before because they blew some onto the roof when they were spraying the gutters. We’ve had our gutters cleaned 3 times before with other companies and the leaves were always cleared off the roof. This time we ended up with more leaves and work to do to get things back the way they were before. When I reached out to Luminary they did offer to come out and put back a gutter spout they left on the lawn as well as out the solar lights back, but I had already done that. They said they could not and would not clear the leaves off the roof, but that they could refer us to a gutter guard company. Luminary was never rude about things, they just fell short of expectations and weren’t willing/able to make things right. They may be a great choice for power washing, but I would not recommend them for clearing gutters or a roof.
I would definitely recommend. Was on time and was quick.
He has done an excellent work for us. Will hire him next year
Great
Very satisfied.
Luminary did an AMAZING JOB pressure washing my patio, vinyl fence and vinyl siding! They were quick to respond and quick to schedule the services. Brandon (who did the work) and his wife (who scheduled the appointment) we’re both great to work with! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! I will definitely use them again!
