Cesar is a rarity these days. Honest, hardworking, and fair. Super responsive and always on time. His work quality is excellent. He installed several bathroom outlets for bidets, pendent lighting for our kitchen, moved/installed some recessed lighting, installed ceiling fans, Tesla charger, driveway floodlights, and even network cat6 the builder didn’t provide. Super fair prices and work was done on time and exactly as we requested. Will not hesitate to use him again or refer him. Best of all, he is such a friendly and laid back guy.

Cesar was prompt and very professional. We would definitely hire him again.
Super great communication. He reached out really fast after my inquiry and provided his next availability which worked well and then worked around my schedule as well. Super professional, worked super fast, and was very easy to talk to. Would use again for my electrical needs. You won’t be disappointed!
Got a fair estimate - and I didn't have to provide a credit card on file just to get the free estimate (which another Thumbtack contractor was requiring). Cesar came and did exactly what I needed: added two new outlets. He was friendly, professional, and got right to work! Both outlets are working and I appreciate him getting the job done!
Quick response to project needs. Valuable experience led to non disruptive solution. Friendly. Very open to using again for future related projects
Cesar did an amazing job! Installing my Tesla charger, very professional.
We had them wire and put in the 12 lights as well as wire and place a ceiling fan. Our ceilings slanted and got as high as 18 feet. They were prepare for it all and did a great job. Mapped everything out and asked for feedback. Only took a few hours and it elevated our home so much. I would 110% recommend them and we are already working with them for our next project.
installed EV charger for us with smoothness and professionalism. looking forward to working with Cesar in the future for more projects!
Cesar arrived promptly, was very nice, and introduced himself, answering questions regarding my issue. He troubleshooted my circuit breaker triggering problem with ease and confidence. He knows what he's doing, tackles the issue in minutes, and offers improvement suggestions. I highly recommend Cesar Luna for any electrical problems.
I recently hired to install a bathroom exhaust fan and a new light fixture, and I am extremely happy with the results. The work was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. Everything was completed perfectly, and the fixtures are working flawlessly. He was professional, punctual, and made sure the installation looked clean and neat. I highly recommend his services to anyone looking for reliable electrical work.
Cesar showed up on time and installed 13 wafer style lights. I had issues getting power to the lights and he was able to troubleshoot it with ease. Very pleased with the outcome highly recommended and will contact for future electrical work.
Cesar is the man!!! He installed my new range hood and it came out great! Will be using him for future projects.
I had an excellent experience with this electrician. I needed a 240V outlet replaced for my EV charger, and the job required rewiring all the way to the main panel because the old outlet was missing a neutral. He immediately understood what needed to be done just from a few pictures and my description of the issue. He responded quickly, was available the next day, arrived right on time, and finished the work in under an hour. The new outlet works perfectly, and he even included a one-year warranty in case any problems come up. I really appreciate his professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail. Highly recommend his services!
