It was really easy to setup job with Luis and guys arrived on time. They did excellent job cleaning both roof and gutters. Price was as estimated and well worth considering amount of effort they spent to make everything perfect.
Luis and his team efficiently and effectively cleaned my roofs and gutters of moss and debris, at a very fair price. Luis displayed solid expertise about roofing materials and carefully evaluated the condition of my two roofs. The team also sealed cracked shingles as needed.
These guys are perfect. It was a job for my 80 year old mother, so she was a bit nervous. They held to their quote even though the job took them an extra 2+ hours (jobs fault, not theirs). Honest, friendly people that you want to send to your elderly mother, or just to do a job for you. Great people at a very good price.

I am extremely pleased with the siding work done by LUV, LLC. From the initial visit of explaining what was needed and necessary and providing a honest and fair quote, LUV, LLC was the contractor selected, after having 4 quotes and a no show. Through the entire job, these gentlemen were professional, respectful of the property, and kept safety a priority. Luis was so communicative through the whole process, and as a homeowner this means a lot. There were a few of areas that needed additional work, and again Luis explained and showed me the specific issues, and again provided up front a fair additional cost. I promise, you will not be disappointed in hiring this contractor for your house siding needs. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Thank you Luis & Luis!

Luis performed a major renovation, replacing all cedar shingles on my small home. The job lasted 2 weeks. They addressed every development with calm expertise. When they were here, they were 100% present. In fact, in the 2 weeks, I never saw either one on their phone. The work area was immaculate and well-organized. Luis and his dad worked together like a well-oiled machine. Rot, identified in several places, was restored to perfection. The house was wrapped and flange added. Estimate for the job was spot on. I couldn't be happier. Luis and his dad provided the best experience I have ever had with a contractor. I hope to add photos after painting.
Luis was able to identify the issue for us and point out other areas in need of repair. We really appreciate his attention to detail and quality of work.
I hired Luis to replace some of our damaged sidings. He was very good at walking me through the process and gave me recommendations on how to address the issues. When he removed some of the old sidings, he showed me that some plywood had rotten due to water seeping through and he replaced the plywood as well. He cleaned up well after the job including running a magnet to remove any metals that might have fallen. I highly recommend Luis for Siding repairs and replacement.
