Standard rate is $75 per man hour, with a $64 per man hour special December through March. Materials are charged at cost plus 30% to cover overhead. There is a $150 minimum on all services except regular recurring weekly lawn care. Installs are quoted case by case: send through the scope and any measurements and we will come back with a range at no charge. Remote quotes are always free. An on-site visit is free inside Loop 610, $50 between Loop 610 and Beltway 8, and $100 outside Beltway 8, billed before the visit and credited against your project as part of the deposit, so on a job that goes ahead it costs nothing. On-site estimate days are Wednesday and Saturday. This place was ridiculous! I found them through the app and started a conversation about servicing my front and backyards. I was first given a price of $80 because that was their minimum. My yards are pretty small so even $80 seems a bit extreme for just a regular lawn mow, weed trim and blow. I asked her if they used a push lawnmower or a riding mower and she said a riding mower. My yards are so small it doesn’t make sense for someone to use a riding lawnmower, not to mention it won’t fit through the gate in the backyard so I kindly declined her service. Her next message was to tell me they could use a push mower and that they would charge me $60, to which I agreed to have them come out. Better price and using the equipment I want. She told me they could come out that day between the hours of 4-6 PM. I waited all day and texted her at 4:30 PM to ask her if she had a better idea of when they might be coming. She said she was going to reach out to the guy and then get back with me. An hour goes by and I hadn’t heard anything so I followed up with her and she said that they had two more jobs and so they would not be able to get to me before sunset, but they would get to me first thing in the morning. I was irritated, but I agreed. The next morning, guy shows up. I’m walking him through the yard just show him what all needs to be done and he’s telling me that he can clean out beds and trim trees and he named off several other services. My flower beds did need to be cleaned out so I asked him to go ahead and do that and just trim any new growth off of my trees at the roots. He left without telling me he was finished or anything, so I don’t even know when he left, but when I went out to check the work, there were missed spots in my yard that still had long grass, he didn’t use an edger when he attempted to clean up the edges, and he didn’t blow anything off, or if he did, he didn’t do a good job, but I know, without a doubt he did not blow anything in the backyard. I sent a message to the girl I have been speaking with and told her I was not happy with the Yard. I sent pictures, the same pictures I’m attaching here. They sent me an invoice for $100 because he did the additional work so $40 more than what I was quoted and I told her the job was awful. I guess she spoke with a manager and they got the price down to $81 for the disservice, but for what he did, it wasn’t worth $81. I paid it because it’s the right thing to do, but I wouldn’t recommend these people. Not only are they unprofessional, but the service is not worth the money. Their name is a fraud - nothing luxury about these people.
The crew was respectful and very professional. Their completed project was exactly what we wanted. They cleaned up after themselves, not leaving a mess behind.
Responded via messaging quickly initially. After I sent pictures of our home and personal contact information, they stopped responding. Each of my messages were read but they NEVER responded to any additional messages. It has been 3 days since they have responded to anything. Maybe they got busy, but that became really concerning to me.
They did a terrific job! My front and back yard look beautiful with the fresh mulch and tree trimming they did. They went the extra mile and power washed the garden stones and they now look brand new! Highly recommend! Thank you Joe for your suggestions and getting our job done so quickly! Will definitely use you guys again!

Cole and his team were great! He responded back to my request immediately and came out for a quote when it was convenient for me, even early in the morning. After coming up with a plan quickly and with his wealth of knowledge, I knew I made the right choice for our landscaping needs. I appreciated all the questions and honest recommendations he had for me to make sure I would be satisfied with the end result. Finished the project quickly on the timetable promised.
