If you have any questions and aren’t ready to book, please email us or feel free to text us directly using the contact method on our website. We are charged for every inquiry through the Thumbtack app. 4 hour minimum for NEW clients (required). No matter how small the project is, we require at minimum 4 hours or the cost will be the same, if less hours are used. We have a small team of 6 organizers. We suggest sharing photos/videos and providing as much detail as possible for all projects. This helps us get an idea of timing. LUXX is fully licensed and insured! Feel free to request our “proof of insurance” before booking.

The two ladies that came to my place were very sweet and honestly it’s truly nothing against their character. But for $630 I really don’t feel that the work provided was worth that at all. They got one room done in 5 hours there was no strategy to divide and conquer and no ability to get through things in an efficient manner. So as nice as the the women in my house were I wouldn’t hire again. Not worth it. I will just have to do it myself
I wish I could give them 10 stars. The packers Silvia and Victoria were phenomenal. So quick and thoughtful and kind. It took so much stress out of a big move. I’m so grateful and highly recommend
I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Luxx Packing! From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and incredibly careful with my belongings. Silvia and Belen were especially fantastic — they handled all of my fragile items with such care and attention to detail. I felt completely at ease knowing my breakables were in good hands. They also packed the majority of my kitchen quickly and thoughtfully, making what is usually the most overwhelming part of a move feel seamless. Everything was wrapped securely and organized beautifully. I truly couldn’t have asked for better help during such a busy time. I worked with Sylvia who was amazing! Not only a valued experience but extremely pleasant one. I’m working my way back from a flood in a two bedroom apartment downsizing to a one bedroom & couldn’t face the holidays in the mess I was in. The best was finding someone I could WORK WITH & not take over because I knew where things should go & how to fit them, but as a senior couldn’t do it myself. It’s not even worth it to show the mess before-I’m so pleased with the outcome-the walk-in pantry closet is fully functional & all my Christmas decorations are up! Just a wonderful experience & will be working with Sylvia again & recommending LUXX to friends & family not only in the DMV area but also NYC. The Best!

If we could give Luxx 10 stars, we would. Zee and Zena did an amazing job unpacking boxes, organizing closets, and making our new apartment look like a home. Quite frankly, they were lifesavers. (Thank you!) They arrived exactly on time and helped us select supplies (hangers, shoe racks, and bins) that would work best in our apartment. They were always courteous and professional and worked nonstop to get our job completed to our satisfaction. We were very pleased with the end result and would definitely use them again. Luxx literally saved me this week. I changed apts my building and hired professional movers to handle on the front-end. Things were handled in such an unorganized manner, I was on the verge of tears not knowing where to begin. None of my boxes were labeled & many items were moved loose. Luxx saved the day!!! The communication was crisp & the ladies were punctual. Within hours, Luxx accomplished what would’ve taken me days/weeks. They unpacked my boxes, organized my cabinets/drawers/pantry, tossed packaging materials and even helped reposition heavy furniture. It’s like night and day up in here! I wouldn’t hesitate to them again or refer them.
As the administrator of my Dad’s estate, I hired LUXX Home Organizing to assist me with packing up the belongings in his home in preparation for selling the property. Although my family had already packed and sorted quite a bit of the belongings, there was still a substantial amount to do with very little time remaining before closing. LUXX came in without hesitation and, once I explained our process, got to work. They were truly a God-send! Their cheery attitude and enthusiasm made the task less daunting and renewed my energy and spirit. They were understanding when I became emotional at points during the packing, and even listened to my stories and remembrances. When it became clear that I would need another session, they quickly offered a follow-up time that allowed us to keep on schedule. In closing, I can't speak highly enough about LUXX Home Organizing. Zee and Kaamilah were prompt, professional, friendly and supportive. They were mindful not only of my Dad’s possessions but also of me and brother's sentiments and feelings at a very stressful time.
