Never showed up to give an estimate
I showed the guy photos he gave me a price with the message “For everything” showed up asking for an additional $100 saying he misunderstood the messages. Well I don’t have an extra $100 laying around. He even commented “is it because my race” as if that has anything to do with anything. Anyway he did 2 of the 3 jobs we requested and we came to a price agreement, but he refused to pick up the last large log until we paid, as if we weren’t going to. Then, he took the money and left, without picking up the last log, mind you we gave him and extra $5 of what he asked. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, and his comments and actions thinks he can just fool a person to pay another $100. We showed him the messages and photos between me and him that CLEARLY state the estimate he gave said to clean EVERYTHING, not sure exactly what a person can misunderstand about that.
My yard looks great. It was a lot of work and they got it done in a reasonable amount of time.
Did a great job cutting the lawn and removing junk.
Did an excellent job, especially with it being over 92 degrees outside. The work he did was not an easy task. He did my front yard and my backyard which was beginning to look like a forest. Trimmed my edges and bushes. Definitely recommend
Fantastic job, exactly what we needed. Quick response, hard workers, attention to detail. Would hire again and highly recommend.
These guys did an excellent job cleaning up and removing my overgrown weeds and bushes
They did a good job.
We got great service from LZK. They showed up on time and worked hard all day into the evening. I felt bad for them as one of their workers just failed to show up...no reason, which increased their workload. No matter, they stayed at it until the job was done. I would certainly hire them again.
Our yard looks amazing! Very professional and amazing. We have now hired them to maintain every 2 weeks. The price is perfect and we don’t have a small yard. They are very reasonable and very helpful!! I am giving birth in a couple days and was pleasantly surprised that they adjusted there schedules to get me in before the birth! We are an active duty military family and it’s been hard to find people that work hard, care about what they do and go above and beyond. We will continue to use them for the duration of our time here in Dayton. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!
LZK was able to get me on the schedule within a few days after I met with the owner Tom. They do meticulous work! I am quite pleased with how my yard looks. I would highly recommend them.
Absolutely great service! Our yard is unrecognizable and the price was very affordable for the amount of work. We cannot thank LZK Services enough and will recommend them wherever we go!
Had appt for an estimate. Was confirmed. But nobody showed and nobody called to cancel. Hired another company.
Would hire again! Great young men work for their crew, was great to chat with them a bit.
Within minutes of me putting in a request needing my hedges trimmed LZK responded to my request. They quoted me a price and scheduled an appointment. They came out and worked in the 90 degree heat. My hedges look so much better. I will let you know when they need trimming again. Thanks!
Great.
Be on time
I was searching for lawn cleanup and LZK was immediately responsive. Tom quoted me a very fair price, came the next day with his crew and did an excellent job with the cleanup. They are a very nice team, no gimmicks, no overselling, just a good work ethic and a nice crew. I bought them lunch they were that good! Highly recommend.
They took care of my overgrown lawn after two weeks of heavy rain. I’m very grateful they could add me to their schedule.
