I had a good feeling from the first meeting because the owner is very hands-on. He’s actually involved in the work and knows what’s happening on site, rather than just selling the job and then handing everything over to someone else. Our courtyard is only about 15 x 15, but the access made the job pretty difficult. It’s in the middle of the property and the only way in and out is through the house, so all of the old concrete had to be broken up and carried out that way, and everything for the new concrete had to come back through the same route. The main reason we did the project was to sort out the drainage and stop the courtyard from flooding. We had an idea of what we wanted, but he made a few suggestions as the job went along that made the end result better than what we had originally planned. The finished courtyard came out excellent, especially considering how awkward the access was and how much work was involved.

Quality work, no fussing around. Courteous to neighbors yet accomplished the work quickly and left the job-site clean. Highly recommend.
We had a great experience working with M B Paving. Their pricing was VERY reasonable, and they were able to get started quickly. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and were professional throughout the entire process. The job was completed promptly and everything went smoothly. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, professional cement work at a fair price. Looking forward to working with them again for future projects!
Jose did a great job for my steps and walkway concrete at a very reasonable price! 100% Recommend!! Below are pictures of Before and After.
Jose was the first to reply to my request. He showed up on time to give me a quote and also to start the work after I hired him. His price was very reasonable and him and his crew were extremely professional and polite. They finished the job in approximately 6 hours and cleaned everything after. The new concrete looks really good. I highly recommend them to all
