I heard back quickly but only with an offer of a fixed price consultation. My follow up questions were ignored and I will keep looking.
I have not heard a word from the attorney since I hired them. They even send documents that were drawn up incorrectly after I told them who the client they would be representing. The document they send me did not even reference the client who needs their services. At this point I'm not happy. They either did not listen to what I instructed them to do or they simply did not take notes of what I said. Not sure what happened exactly but they drew up documents incorrectly and I can't seem to get anyone on the phone.
She was the forst attorney I chose to speak with and took over 24 hours to respond. A better response time would have been so much better.
I like the fact that Barrett Law deals with the facts of the case, makes sound decisions regarding the case. I left the office feeling like a winner. B.L.

Could have provided a reason on why my request was denied. Better client service could have been provided by stating the reason for declination or possibly referring another resource if possible.
She was knowledgeable and techically good, but she misspelled my husband's last name throughout the document. Once I provided the feedback, it was fixed in some instances and not others...so was not impressed with the lack of attention to detail. I ended up correcting the letter myself and sending it back to her as I was not interested in paying her for a second time for having her assistant correcting her own mistakes.
