M2J Construction did an excellent job replacing my roof. The are trustworthy and honest about the overall cost. I like that they showed pictures during each stage of the work. Showing me how rotted the old plywood had become since this old house had its last roof replacement. I found the cost was very reasonable when I talked about it at work. Overall, I highly recommend this company.

I was initially very happy with my roof installation and had no complaints about the quality of the work. Later, I experienced a leak that turned out to be unrelated to the roof. There was some miscommunication, but I ultimately paid him to have that issue resolved. Unfortunately, my experience changed when I began having problems with a skylight that was installed as part of the roof replacement. The contractor I hired to fix it told me the issue appeared to be related to the original installation and would require roofing work to correct. Since he installed the skylight and the roof I reached out to ask about the issue. (The skylight has only been used a couple times since the install since our bathroom was being remodeled) Instead of receiving assistance, I was met with a defensive response and then my messages were ignored entirely. A warranty is only valuable if the contractor is willing to honor it and communicate with the customer. After spending $20,000 on a new roof, I expected professional communication and a willingness to evaluate a potential issues . It's disappointing that I was left without any response. I was kind and polite with my communication.

Luis came on time. He looked at my roof, and explained exactly what needed repair. He knew where the water was seeping in and repaired that. He used silicone as an added layer of protection. He also repaired a hole in my garage roof. I will definitely use him again when I need a new roof. His price was very reasonable compared to other estimates I received. I would recommend him to everyone.

They did a great job replacing the roof on my shed at a fair price. Luis was able to find the exact shingles to match my house roof which others told me they could not do. Great work and easy to deal with!
