Luis arrived at my home and promptly went to work. As it would turn out , weather prevented Luis from completing today. We have a plan in place to resume when weather permits.

I hired Luis to totally redo my kitchen floor. He was able to squeeze in my job to accommodate my time line. He was professional, on-time, on budget and finished the job in one weekend. highly recommend.
A drop ceiling is a messy job. We had over 35 years of dirt, dust and mouse droppings. They finished quickly with minimum disruption and a neat, professional job.
Very unprofessional and unreliable. He kept on canceling the appointment at the last minute or not show up when agreed upon.
Luis identified the source of leakage on the roof that led to damage to controlled area of ceiling, and once hired, proceeded to replace the damaged material, replace shingles and then repair ceiling drywall. Once completed, he ensure that cleanup work was done. Price was quite fair, in my opinion. Open to consider him for future projects.
Luis showed up on time and daily until the project was complete. While other contractors stated they needed more than 1 person. Luis was innovative in creating temporary structures to assist himself with the build.
