Needed a bed frame assembled quickly same day. He also hung a large piece of art and when we had trouble with the anchors he finished the job without charging for more work. Great pro.

About Machado Maintenance
I’ve been doing handyman work for 6 years in the Bay area and in 2022 I started my own business. After a year work on my own I can now work with a second person (helper) to be more efficient and attend a bigger number of clients. General work typically done on a hourly rate and some skilled labor performed on a fixed price, please reach out for an estimate. My focus is to perform clean and quality jobs.

Great handyman!
I hired Luciano once again for several projects around the house including installing a pull out for my kitchen drawer and replacing my door knobs with a vintage set. Great job once again!!
Luciano did an amazing job putting together two furniture pieces, one that included hanging and a bit of strategy, the other with many small and complicated pieces. He did quickly and was nice enough to take away all the boxes and unused material, 10 out of 10 would definitely hire him again!
Luciano got things done when he said he would. Kept me informed of what was happening.
I had the best experience today with Machado Maintenance. Luciano arrived on time, did a quick assessment, provided a very reasonable quote, and finished the job in less than 4 hours. My closet looks better now than it did when I first moved in 3 years ago. I can't recommend them enough!
Luciano Machado completed removal and replacement of five interior doors including a pocket door in two days. He also Installed the new hardware and painted each door. I am pleased with the results.
Luciano did a beautiful job on a Bathtub sliding door addition. It required intricate measurements and a high level of skill. The finished class door is perfect. I look forward to working with him again.
Luciano hung two tapestries over a very high stairwell for me. He was on time, brought everything he needed, and did a great job. I was impressed with his careful measuring to ensure perfect placement just the way I wanted them. He also made sure to remove marks from the walls and other areas where they got a little scuffed during installation. He's pleasant and friendly to work with. I'm really pleased and would definitely recommend Machado Maintenance. I'll call on Luciano again if I need more work done in the future.
Machado was exactly what I needed. He did several small projects and repairs, and two larger ones. He hung and set up our new TV and installed a new door. He also offered improvements along the way to make our house more energy efficient. I will most definitely recommend him and will happily use his services again! Thank you Machado and Thumbtack!
