About Mack Plumbing Services
Let's face it, stuff breaks. There is seldom any warning, and rarely you can be without it for long. Burst water lines, clogged toilets and sewers, no hot water, a restaurant without heat. We know you need somebody fast, and that's why we are available for your Residential and Commercial Service needs as often as things go wrong. We can snake, jet, and camera sewer lines, fix leaks, install new fixtures, and troubleshoot any plumbing or gas line problem. There is no job too big, or too small. We also offer Service Contracts in addition to our Warranties for jobs that we have been awarded that include a list of typical plumbing breakdowns we will cover under the one time fee of the contract. We don't limit this practical offer to only our current customers, either. If you are an investor with many multiple dwelling properties, or just a homeowner that desires peace of mind, give us a call and we can give you many options that will suit your needs.
Reviews
A perfect experience from the initial outreach to the install installation of new garbage disposal. I would definitely hire again! Thank you!
Mack Responded to my request within the hour, and wrote a report that substantiated my insurance claim. Their quick and effective work was deeply appreciated!
8:00 appointment because I needed the repair completed by 10:00, technician arrived at 8:50, reviewed the issue, left to buy a washer, returned 50 minutes later, told me I needed another washer and a new drain basket. I released the technician to obtain a local plumber because he was unprofessional and he would have to travel back to his office and be gone an extended time because the office is at least 45 minutes away.
He got the drain unclogged and the price was reasonable.
Nice job
I had a problem with gutter drain line. They came out and did some exploratory dig to determine root cause. It was professional and they explained the process well for next steps forward
I've used Mack Plumbing several times now and they've always quickly solved my problems. I highly recommend using them.
We had the pleasure of serviced by Ben. He was professional, friendly and efficient. Great job! Will call again when needed!
Chris was a godsend! Would definitely use him again!!
Our bathtub was clogged and wouldn’t drain at all. Chris came and fixed it quickly. He was professional and knowledgeable and even gave us estimates on future projects. We will definitely be using this company again and specifically requesting Chris to help us out. I’m so glad and relieved that my first experience with booking with a company from this app was a successful and positive experience. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone. We were even able to pay half in cash and half on debit card, so they are flexible with how they accept payments as well. Thank you Chris for doing a great job and being a true professional.
Hello was great and fixed my drain problem. Thank you!
Estimate was fair, quality of work was good, only problem was that the technician was supposed to show up at 8am and he didn’t show until 9:30am. These contractors need to realize that our time is just as important as theirs!
Very happy with the service provided. Would definitely recommend.
Mack Plumbing Services does excellent work! They respond timely and explain their work in-depth
I reached out to Mack plumbing because I had a leak in my basement bathroom. They came to my house within a half an hour of me calling and fixed the problem the same day they are the best.

Mack Plumbing did a fantastic job installing my new hot water heater and its accessories. They checked everything thoroughly and ensured the settings were correct. I highly recommend them.
Brent is A1! Came out right on time and identified the issue. I spoke with Donna minutes after he left and was on the schedule next day. That company is the best I have ever had the pleasure of hiring.
Mack plumbing was great. They were running behind but were apologetic and stayed most of the day to complete my job. Very reasonable and professional. We would recommend their services.
