I'm Josh McCormack, Owner of Mac's Carpet Care in Smyrna, TN. I have been in the industry for 10+ years but have been in business for myself for a few years. I am the sole owner and operator of my business and do all the work myself. I am not the cheapest or most expensive carpet cleaner. We hired them to do carpet cleaning on a move out. Nobody was at this location while they worked. I received excellent communication from Bryan the field technician with before and after photos. Our appointment was between 12-1 but he got held up with another customer and he called and explained. Which was totally fine since Nobody is actually living in it as of now. Beyond satisfied and definitely recommend Josh and his crew. Great people and great communication along with excellent work quality. Thanks again Bryan and Josh we really appreciate it. Clean the carpet with solutions that will clean not just wet it. Carpet don’t look like it was cleaned and the price was increased and didn’t do my living room
Responded very quickly and could squeeze me in within 24 hrs. They were right on time and got out stains I didn’t think possible. The photos won’t do their work justice, but I was extremely pleased with the outcome. 10/10.
Josh did a amazing job and in very short time. The house smells refreshed and the carpets look very clean. He was reasonably priced, communicated effectively, and had such a positive attitude. I’m impressed. Thank you Josh.

The service was great. My couch already looks amazing & he was able to get to me early. Beyond satisfied with the work! He took my dingy, cream colored couch & made it new again.
Mac did an awesome job at removing black wall paint from our carpet. He told me up front that the stain would not completely come out, but he was able to get rid of the majority of it and I’m very happy with the results. Hopefully it will lighten up even more in a few hours after it dries and I vacuum the area. Thank you for saving our carpet!

Josh did an excellent job. I had a carpet cleaner in before him and they did not get out a third of the stains. Josh was able to clean multiple rooms and removed the stains. So pleased with the results.
