He was knowledgeable and efficient. He got rid of a family of raccoons that had gotten into a space between walls in the house. They were gone in 1 day.
Madison Castle was prompt, removed the dead animal, walked around the property to determine how the animal got under the house. Discovered the entry and will send me a quote to fix it. Very pleased.
AMAZING!! This pro got rid of my ant problem the first visit. I have had many exterminators come that have had to be called back over 3+ times! This pro got it right the first time. They were responsive, quick and efficient! I recommend !!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Very kind, respectful interaction. I would definitely use this business again.
quicky response, efficient and quality work, reasonable price.
Excellent experience with Madison Castle. Timely response and service. Honest about what could be done to abate problem. Luckily the bees got the message and moved on. Will be calling them for termite work next.
Came 30 mins early for a bad kitchen infestation, was very nice and knowledgeable. He also for small fee helped me get someone to remove my old infested fridge which was a life saver, I really appreciate how he went above and beyond to assist in every way possible. Will be hiring again if I ever need pest control. 😊
Madison Castle is a real pro. They were prepared to deliver services within 24 hours, and they completely eradicated the out-of-control roaches in my 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit. I highly recommend them.
Thank you for the quick response!
This guy did a wonderful job! Me and my aunt are very pleased with his work. He really came through for us in a time of need and we will definitely call him again when we are in distress! Wish I could
3 different pros gave very different opinions about how to address a flying ant infestation. One quoted $400, another $50/month for 12 months, and Madison Castle recommended that I just wait for a couple of days, and the infestation will go away on its own, or I can treat it for $100. I chose the acute treatment option, and now the infestation appears to have been resolved. Thanks, Madison Castle!
I submitted the request for service at 6:00am and I received a response within 5 minutes. They came the same day and did the work quickly and professionally. These guys are pros.
I had a flea infestation at my house. I tried to control it but it was out of my hands. I looked up some professionals. He was the first to respond and he responded right away! He is very communicative. He is fast and does great work! He is coming for a second treatment to the yard, but so far so good!
Not only was he super responsive, he was professional and answered all my questions! And I had so many questions. I would 100% hire again and recommend!
They were on time and professional.
Very helpful and on time! Solved our issue :)
Within 90 mins of my contacting Madison Castle, Meduka was at my door and prepared to remove the possum that had died in my neighbors patio area. Madison Castle was also the cheapest of all the places I called. One place quoted me $300!!! If you need a dead animal removed from your residence or if you have pest issues, call these guys. They’re great!
One of the most professional vendors I’ve ever worked with. Extremely skilled at wallpaper, extremely detail oriented, kind, helpful, and diligent. Really glad I didn’t try and do it myself—he is a master at his craft and I could see all the things I would’ve done wrong.
We had a great experience with Madison Castle. They came out to our house the next day and started working that same day. Their prices are great and their work is excellent!!
