I scheduled this cleaning service through Thumbtack a full month in advance to ensure everything would be taken care of on my scheduled move-out date. Unfortunately, no one ever showed up. What made the situation even more frustrating was that the individual assigned to the cleaning actually called me claiming he was on his way and was already running late. I later discovered that this was not the case, which made the lack of honesty and communication even more disappointing. I reached out to the owner/boss to address the situation, but I never received a real resolution or satisfactory response to what happened. Although I was never charged for the service, that does not excuse the extremely poor customer service and lack of professionalism. Even basic communication leading up to the scheduled appointment would have made a significant difference. Had I been informed ahead of time that there was an issue or that no one would be available, I could have made other arrangements. Instead, I was left scrambling to find a cleaning service on the exact day my apartment keys were being handed over. I understand that unexpected situations can happen, but a month-long advance booking should come with some level of reliability, accountability, and communication. Unfortunately, this experience fell far short of those expectations. I would not recommend this service based on my experience.
Excellent moving experience! The team (Mike & co) arrived early, was very professional, and handled everything with great care. They took the time to make sure all our belongings were moved, and handled safely. Everything went smoothly and efficiently, making the entire moving process stress-free. I really appreciate their punctuality, hard work, and attention to detail. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and careful moving team!

If you are looking for a moving company, I would highly recommend looking elsewhere. The pictures of our belongings should speak for themselves. To top things off, I stood in my yard and witnessed the two movers drop our couch. It hit the ground HARD which led me to say to them sternly, that that’s my belongings and to be more careful. The taller man of the two employees commented back that it was an accident and that the couch slipped out of his hands. THIS EMPLOYEE LIED TO ME, MY PARTNER AND MIKE (the employer) and stated that they never dropped the couch nor did he say anything about it. The two movers also told their boss Mike that we tipped them $40 in cash and that also NEVER happened. When we tried to speak to Mike to rectify the situation, he asked us to send him the pictures of the couch, the doorframe, and the rest of our belongings, and after looking at them, he implied the couch wasn’t damaged. He also never acknowledged the rest of our belongings being damaged. Mike told me that his employee of two years has always been honest therefore, he did not believe me and my partner when we told him I witnessed his employee drop our couch. They also damaged our door frame from the garage into the laundry room when they moved the washer and dryer. While Mike and his two employees admitted to this, Mike still chose not to extend any compensation let alone an apology. If you value your belongings, go with another moving company. I am appalled at the lack of integrity and professionalism that Mike, his employees and his business exudes. Photos of damage and screen shots of conversation with Mike in our attempt to resolve this situation. He is not standing by his word on claiming he will reimburse the customer if there is damage.

This is a joke...hired for a local small studio move. Furniture were not wrapped or covered, movers were seating all over my belongings. One mover get caught on Camera "Peeing" in the hall way. 2 people to people for the move but one of the movers was ill a=or he is toooo large of a body to walk or lift items. So I was ripped off my the hourly rate. Took them over an hour to drive a 20 minute trip. We all left the old apartment together or actually after they took off to the new location but yet we waited for them additional 45 minutes and I am being build for it. Broke TV table, side table (can not be fixed), etc...What else can we add. Need a full refund for damage and cleaning after where the mover peed in my hall way.
The guys were well mannered, courteous & got straight to work as soon as they arrived. I'd hire them again.
Have owner be onsite. Workers/movers does opposite. A lot unsure how to load U-Haul truck. A lot of no care to your items.
We hired Maharri for a property deep cleaning. They did a wonderful job even with the HVAC not functioning properly. Thank you guys again!

The cleaning job was amazing . It was done timely, communication was great,fair pricing and tge crew exceeded my expectations . Would use again 5 stars
Terrible experience. Went with this team/individual for moving services. Pretty small sized move. The bulkiest or lengthiest items were TVs and a king bed frame. The price seemed reasonable and the service was to be provided quickly. So this company “contracts” individuals to perform moving services. Maharri Moving (Owned by Mike) contracted a guy named “Mike B” (another Mike) to move my home, and Mike B. contracted a guy named “Marc” to help him with moving my home. (They both arrived in a U-Haul truck not a moving truck owned by the company. Which means, Maharri Moving LLC rented the truck, charged me a truck fee, & contracted other individuals to move my home.) Mike B. was friendly and so was Marc. I noticed right away Mike B. had to explain to Marc the correct way to handle certain items to be moved, such as how to position his hands and how to angle taller items as to not break anything. Mike B. even had to show him how to securely box a TV. It’s summer and I get it, but Marc sweated profusely to the point sweat drippings were on the floor and items he personally carried. His shirt was drenching wet as if he had took a shower in his clothing. In this case he should have had a towel nearby or around his neck which he didn’t. I even offered paper towels and waters. Mike B. and Marc loaded the items in the truck and met me at my drop off. The drop off is a home (my home) that’s brand new, never lived in, new construction. Again Mike B. has to tell Marc how to handle everything, where to place things, and I noticed that my ceiling had a crack. This was not there before the movers. Again, brand spanking new home. Fresh paint smell when you walk in. I immediately told Mike B. what happened. He initially denied it, but then realized Marc had a few items that he carried upstairs on his own that would have caused this. I contacted the owner of Maharri Moving LLC to advise of the damage, and his worker Mike B. also explained the damage and took accountability. I asked Maharri Moving to discount the move, and if not I would pay the $420 fee for the move but I would dispute the charge. The owner stated he would speak with Mike B. Ironically Mike B. was beside me when they spoke and I heard the owner say “just have her pay $210 so I can put this s***t behind me.” I felt this was very unprofessional and ridiculous. This was a brand new home with no damage that his “contracted” workers caused. I paid the $210 and now I need to pay for the damage to get fixed. Do NOT HIRE THIS MAN! Or company! This owner will not personally move you, or oversee the move. He will pay “contracted” guys with limited experience to move your home. Mike B. also admitted Marc was new to moving, and hadn’t had much experience. I should have paid more and went with a professional company with skilled workers. I normally have good experiences but this was terrible. I would rather have my ceiling in its original condition than the discount which won’t even cover quality repairs. Oh and Mike B. actually had the nerve to request a tip at the end. Save yourself some time and don’t book this company if you care about service or your items.
This crew did a nice job of cleaning a large vacant homes for one of my seller clients here in Heritage.
Mr Mike and his team were the best!! I packed really chaotically and they were able to scoop everything quick. The communication before and during was on point, everything was clear. We had a complicated move (two homes into one new one, a piano, stairs etc.) and they were more than capable of this- even got everything into one truck! When I opened my packages, there were no damage, I even had eggs that were *not* cracked! Thank you Mike, Omar & Henry!!
Mike is very nice and communicated leading up to the move very well. Unfortunately, our couch cushions were soiled by the gloves his crew used and my basically new dining room table top had a huge dent in it after they unloaded it. We literally had everything in the garage waiting for them, and all they had to do was load and unload. The walls in my old house had marks everywhere because of the crew, and we are actively trying to sell the home. I also asked if they’d put the totes in the rooms in which they belong, and now I have a stack of totes in my kitchen. When asked about his insurance, he said his deductible is $1000 so he tried to knock money off the move. After not getting far with me, he spoke to my wife, and we got a few dollars back, but I have no clue how to fix my table and now I have to pay for my couch to be cleaned. Again, Mike was very nice, I just wish the service was the same quality.
