These individuals came to my home while I was not present, but my daughter was. After inspecting the home, they informed us that they could not provide the service I was requesting, which I understood and accepted. However, the issue I have is that they took pictures of my home without permission, which I consider an invasion of privacy. I would understand if they wanted to take before-and-after pictures with my consent, but taking pictures without informing the people present in the residence is unacceptable. I plan to address this matter soon.

They fit me in the same day and did an excellent job cleaning. Well worth it!
I had my first cleaning and was pleasantly surprised on the detail of the cleaning crew. they asked me exactly what my needs were, and they did exactly what I requested. I am now going to be hiring them on a weekly basis. Thank you so much for the quality of work that you do.
The fact I paid $400 just to come home and have to sweep and mop the floors. My house doesn’t smell like it was cleaned or like it was deep cleaned like I asked for. There should have been communication from the cleaners end on how we should have the house. I was told that the fridge and the house had too much stuff around to do a proper deep clean which I’m confused about because I’ve had other cleaners that had no problem moving stuff around. I wasn’t aware of anything we had to do on our end to help the cleaners out. On top of paying extra for only the top part of the oven to be cleaned and not the inside too. They assumed it was a small apartment instead of having on their website about different times and pricing for a townhouse and wanted to adjust the price when I asked for one bedroom and 2+ bathrooms. I took out two of my other bathrooms to be cleaned and the fridge cleaning so I wouldn’t have to pay $430. It took them 5 hours to do a basic cleaning when they didn’t even have to touch the whole house. I am disappointed with the company and the price I paid when I read nothing but good reviews about them. I would not recommend
Super easy to work with and the CLEANEST my home has ever been!
I came home and was so pleasantly surprised with how great my home looked! The communication around scheduling and discussing what to expect has been fantastic as well! I’m so impressed and very happy with the initial cleaning. I’m so happy that I decided I want to have ongoing cleanings. This is the kind of service that I was looking for!
3rd time using service. I have been more then satisfied every time. I will use service again!
Great communications. Excellent cleaners who worked while wr were rushing around the house!
They worked hard and were very open to my directions, but, the dusting was terrible ... so many places missed. And the kitchen was not cleaned well.
My experience was phenomenal. I was looking for move out cleaning last minute, and did not expect to get good quality for a good price with only 2 days notice, but they actually did all of the above! They responded to me within an hour of my message (at 10pm even!) and got it scheduled easily. Dezy was right on time, I'm thrilled with the cleaning she did, and the attention to every detail was above and beyond. It was honestly such a huge relief for my moving process to know I was in good hands for getting my deposit back. I will 100% be using them again, and would highly recommended their cleaning services!!!
