The owner of this business came by to look at the job, he agreed to come back the next day with the proper supplies to do the job. He was a no show without any notification or response. I highly recommend you look at other options for servicing your electrical requirements. This business is unreliable. Mike, if you have the time to read this, you are fired.

They wouldn't give me an estimate before they did the work. They left big holes in the wall and ceiling and said that I would have to hire someone to fix it. I would not hire them again
When other company said my intercom system could not be fixed, Main Street figured out what to do and saved me thousands in having to buy a new system like the other company said. Great team!
I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to both of them for their visit today. Update …. Can’t use the ceiling fan over the speed of 3 without it’s shaking uncontrollably. I called and explain the situation to his receptionist and she scheduled an appointment for him to come out last Tuesday and he did a no call no-show. I waited 24 hours reached out to him again and expressed to him that he charged me an additional $150 for this part that the fan needed, that he said that would ensure that the fan would never move… very disappointing to find that he’s not honoring his word with a 12 month warranty on all his work. Still not one phone call back nor a message back using this platform.
Scheduled a time for a small electrical job. Electrician no-showed without a call. I called in to find out he was not feeling well, so we rescheduled a week out. The next appointment rolled around and the electrician called me several hours early, saying he could come early. 4 hours later (past the original appointment), and I cannot get anyone on the phone to find out what happened. He no showed for a second time. It’s a shame that they do not prioritize the schedule they set. I would caution against using this company if you value your time.

Main Street Electric did a fantastic job installing my EV charger. They were responsive, knowledgeable and kept me informed every step of the way. I highly recommend Michael Mangrum and his team! Mike and his crew were a pleasure to do business with.
Provide an estimate of the job before "doing" the job. He supposedly replaced all my light bulbs with brand new LED bulbs which stopped working about 2 weeks afterwards. When I texted him about it, no response. He left a majority of the work to my handyman who I was paying to do other things at the house but still charged me for the work he didn't do.
The installation process took no time at all. Mike is a great guy. He explains the process to you and is very professional. I will definitely be booking with his company in the future.
